Hey guys. Sorry for the long absence. I was made a moderatator of a pe discord and Rddt page. I’m back to training and will start logging here as well as there tonight. I’m actually up another .25” girth and now sit at 6.75” mid shaft girth

Great to have you back brother! Holy shit that is some wild girth numbers!
 
What did you do to get those gains?
I actually focusing on girth for a cycle after my deload. I have never done that before but based on the training guidance I am following it helps to switch to girth for a bit once length stalls. It’s a pumping program. It helped me get from 6.5” to 6.75” mid shaft girth. But I’m starting up length again now. I will detail the methodology soon but I really believe in it and I’m excited to share

I did take a lengthy deload based on the training methodology I have been following then when I came back I learned from the Methodology that when you stall gain length focusing on girth for a while is the way to go so that’s what I did with a pump routine and gained an extra .25” mid shaft girth. I am now back to length training:

last nights training

starting bone pressed stretched flaccid - 9”

best extender - twelve 5 mins sets with 25 second breaks at 11 lbs tension

ending bone pressed stretched flaccid - 9.5”

i have the new total man hanger and I plan to try it out tonight. Let’s see how it goes. Happy to be back. Let’s get some gains!

Awesome to have you back brother. I also have the best extender. How are you finding it?
 
Busted out the new totalman compressions hanger today which I got right before the cruise. I wanted a compression device to pair with the best extender cause I seem to be prone to blisters from vacuum chambers and this is an option I can use to train around them like tonight since I got a blister last night. It takes a learning curve like anything but mike just released a detailed video showing how to set it up which helped a lot. I still need to make some kinks since my foreskin at the top is swelling. The blister also made me more tender to the pressure so I am sure it will get better as it heals. I did my normal 12 sets of 5 mins with 25 second breaks but lower the tension to 8-9 lbs to get use to the device. I also made sure to take breaks every 3-4 sets of around 7 mins to regain blood flow. Starting bones pressed stretched flaccid 9”, ending bone pressed stretched flaccid 9.5”.
 
Ya. So I believe downward bundles stretches got me from 6” mid shaft girth which was my starting before pe to 6.5” mid shaft girth because I didn’t pump at all during this time and then the above pump routine got me to 6.75” mid shaft girth. I don’t have a pic of my starting 6” because I think I sent it to an ex and changed phones but here is pics of 6.25, 6.5 and 6.75 and a picture of my packing my 2.5” tube (note I hit 8.25” in the tube, the hard silcone base I use adds just over .5” to the ruler markings on the side of the tube)
