It’s really annoying. Like I’ll hit the number and before I can document it. It starts shrinking LOL. Hopefully I’ll have better luck this week.

I only care about BPSFL at this point.
Because you will gain erect length if that keeps going up.
No way you gain 2 inches in BPSFL and make 0 gains in the erect state.
So if your EQ is sky rocketed I would absolutely measure. But I wouldn't stress cause EQ can be all over the place when measuring
Congrats on the 8 inches tho!

BPSFL starting - 9” matching my start pr

length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way. I throw in an extra set.

Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with 4 booster bands. 1hr 5 mins split into 13 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.

BPSFL after - 9.625” matching my all time pr

feeling great. Just need to keep going and be consistent.

Attempted a bone pressed erect measurement today. Didn’t turn out great but it’s a first attempt. Again, i struggle because as soon I stop watching adult entertainment and jerking off it starts to die as I set up the ruler. My penis is camera shy. Would like to get a picture with the whole shaft in frame but I had to rush just to get this and I focused on the end measurement. Also important to note that my ruler has that gap of like 1/16” before the zero starts so this is pretty close to 8.25”

This was me fall 2020……I was super dedicated to training here. Even doing double sessions on Saturday…….need to get back to this shape
Beefcake! You’ll get back to that soon enough much thanks to muscle memory. When I were on my temporary drug binges, in my previous life, and stopped working out for a while I always got back into top shape in a couple of weeks.

You’ve got this brother, keep working on that M.B.D(Mind, Body, Dick) as I like to call it.

Damn Son, you’re just setting PR’s all the time. Impressive. Keep on doing what you’re doing and the sky is the limit.
 
Guys. I seriously need to get back to weight lifting. Curious if it make a difference if I do PE before or after lifting. Thoughts? @squirt_inducer_man, @DLD @Abdiel Bull Berg @Tommy Gun
I always do my PE following a training session and I've noticed not much of a difference. However weight training can cause a spike in fight or flight hormones which leads to less sensitivity in your penis so you may have a more difficult time getting erect for your pumping devices or your jelqing. But I've never had a problem with this as I have quite the libido to say the least.

Try it out and see what works best for you.

I’m just in awe of your BPSFL gains. Mine is just stuck at around 8,2677.

Must be a boost of another dimension seeing it just go up and up and up.
