So I saw a guy comment on Rddt that you can basically do the same thing as cold sculpting with just ice from your Fridge. Going to give it a try to reduce my fat pad and belly. Which are my problem areas. Obviously I am also going to start working out again but these two spot have always been problem areas for me even when my training was on point
 
Same for me. I need to get back to lifting as well. I wonder if I can lift that 60 kg dumbell in dumbell row now. 🤔

After a training session would be the best I believe. My penis wants to turtling during workouts sometimes (depending what I do). But If I wear my pel.wrap and do not stress during my workouts, it should stay elongated.

If your penis indeed are turtling during workouts, I believe the best would be to do PE early in the day, and then do PE in order to benefit the most from the temporary elongation healing. If your penis do not turtling during workouts it should not matter I believe.

Don't waste your time trying to spot train brother.
It's total BS.
You can't target fat loss in a specific area.
Start lifting weights and cut junk food out of your diet trying to eat healthy 90% of the time.
You'll lose weight and build muscle in the process. And the more muscle you have the easier it is to lose body fat anyway and keep it off.
 
I experience turtling everytime I workout.
I wouldn't worry about it at all.
Trying to stay elongated is going to be a pain in the ass because all you're going to be doing is thinking about your dick during your workout which is going to make your workouts suffer.
Over the past 3 weeks I've gain 7MM in BPSFL despite being turtled for 1-2 hours, 5-6 days a week.

When you're in the gym focus on your body.

When you're at home focus on PE

Totally get what your saying. But cold sculpting is actually a thing so I figured I would try it for a couple months and see if it works. It’s literally just sitting with ice on the area which I can do while watching tv so it doesn’t cost me anything and I think it worth experimenting

All I'm saying is the people that have amazing physiques and actually look fit do not do that.
But if you want to experiment go crazy

20:4 diet and some restructuring in how I ate did it for me. I have lost ~ 26 kilogram (my weight was: 120 kilogram before I started PE) in body weight mass, since I did some lifestyle changes. I will check how much muscle mass and fat mass I have lost later, with InBody 270.

But mostly penis enlargement did it for me. I was forced to optimize my body in a diffrent way, in order to have indurance in my stretches (and lack of time with lifting heavy) instead of pure peek strength. But I'm still strong. But I can't lift 251 kilogram in deadlift any longer, but I have no more knee pains any longer (due to over weight = I was never fat = I looked like a strongman).

Guys. I seriously need to get back to weight lifting. Curious if it make a difference if I do PE before or after lifting. Thoughts? @squirt_inducer_man, @DLD @Abdiel Bull Berg @Tommy Gun
I don’t think it matters as long as you wait a few hours after doing PE until you do your workout. Mine shrivels a bit during workout, especially since I do 6 min cold showers pre-workout, though I do have my Silisleeve on when in the shower.

About the time I’m done with the working out my penis always hangs long and full, so it just shrivels a bit for about 1h+ during a intense workout. Don’t think that’ll do much if any damage to the overall results.
 
Brotherman @CRay2323 if you wanna shred fat fast while gaining muscle, just do IF(intermittent fasting) for anything between 14-20 hours everyday, it’s IF that finally allowed me to have visible abs.

Combine that with a intense, full body workout, at least three times a week(for ex; Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and you’ll loose fat and gain lean muscle mass in no time.

Personally I choose to workout full body everyday almost, take a day or two off every now and then when I feel like it, and let me tell ya I just keep on setting PR’s every workout with more reps, lesser total time(making it more intense) and so forth.

If there’s anything you wonder about when it comes to working out I can probably give you a good answer to it. Been working out since I could walk, no joke, we even had a tiny home gym growing up.

Started reading my first BB’ing book when I was like 5-6 years old by Bill Pearl from the golden era of BB’ing, I do also have Arnolds Encyclopedia of modern day BB’ing though the one by Bill Pearl is better imo.
