Progress thread CRays PE journey

I can’t diet like that guys. I’m a super heavy weight strength athlete. I know must people are going for a look but im going for numbers so I have to balance that. Abs look pretty but they mean your at a calorie deficit and that means less strength. For diet, I just need to make better choices but also when I was lifting consistently I was burning it off like crazy. I made a promise to myself I start back up tonight!

I know what you are talking about. I don't believe in visible abs. I believe in thick external obliques. I have lost so much muscle mass now.

Abs just mean you have discipline on your diet.
I'm generalizing here, but alot of guys say they don't want to lose strength as an excuse to have a piss poor diet.
You want to look like you workout right?

You should strive to have less than 15% body fat as a guy.
Thats not ridiculously lean and you will maintain your strength and build it in the process too.
The only guys losing strength are less than 7-8% body fat.

Yes! Get started tonight! Make a commitment to it like you have with PE and you'll crush it man.

Believe me, people know I lift. I get comments all the time. Often the biggest guy every where I go.
 
Little late posting but trained last night and today:

8/20/23

session 109

BPSFL starting - 8.875

length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way.

Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with 4 booster bands. 1 hr split into 12 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.

BPSFL after - 9.375”

Red light -15 mins. Tried This for the first time tonight as a warmup and at the end.

That’s right, hence me choosing to stay at 10-12 % body fat. No problems building either muscle nor strength.

Main-gaining is what some call it, maintaining your physique while simultaneously building muscles. Though at the same time people have different goals hence choosing to eat and train a bit different.

Personally I’m staying at around 10-12% body fat until the day I drop dead, as I’ve found this to be optimal for my workout performance.
 
So I couldn’t help but measure Bone pressed erect length today before I started training and I just cracked 8”. Not sure of the exact measurement because my dick gets shy when I try to measure. I’ll try and take a picture sometime this week to document progress. It’s way easier for me to take a girth pic since my girth stays even without a full erection but length shrinks fast if I’m not as full mast.

I agree, it's always harder to measure BPEL, especially if you have a banana penis like me.
You can measure with a tailors tape, but I have never got it to work. So I need to get past my target measurement, in order to show it on picture. I loose BPEL when forcing my penis straight with my hand.

It’s really annoying. Like I’ll hit the number and before I can document it. It starts shrinking lol. Hopefully I’ll have better luck this week.
