Haha, damn, that was an interesting read, guess I won’t complain anymore about being 7,5x5,1 inches anymore. Quite above average in length and some in girth too. Nice to have a reality check once in a while.

But ever since I found out, years ago, that we can enlarge our penises I’ve just wanted more and more size. Haha.

That’s a very nice dream to have. Sure you’ll make it come true one day.

One thing I learned is that Philiphinos are very family orientated and believe in the unity of a family. Think it’s a mostly Christian nation too if I remember correct.

BPSFL starting - 9” - wow! Brand new starting PR

length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way.

Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with 4 booster bands. 1 hr split into 12 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.

BPSFL after - 9.375” not my best but still great. Still a 4.2% increase from starting so I am still in the range

Guys. I seriously need to get back to weight lifting. Curious if it make a difference if I do PE before or after lifting. Thoughts? @squirt_inducer_man, @DLD @Abdiel Bull Berg @Tommy Gun

After a training session would be the best I believe. My penis wants to turtling during workouts sometimes (depending what I do). But If I wear my pel.wrap and do not stress during my workouts, it should stay elongated.

If your penis indeed are turtling during workouts, I believe the best would be to do PE early in the day, and then do PE in order to benefit the most from the temporary elongation healing. If your penis do not turtling during workouts it should not matter I believe.

Ya, my boss is on vacation this week so I want to get back into the groove weight training. I honestly don’t remember if I turtle during workouts.
