BPSFL before - 8.25”
length master - DLD blasters, 5 mins in each of 4 directions for a total of 20mins
Steal extender - 2 hrs
BPSFL during extender - 8.75”
BPSFL after taking off extender - 8.56”
BPSFL before - 8.25”
length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way.
Total man extender - 3 hrs with 4mm cord no booster bands
BPSFL during extender - 8.75”
BPSFL after taking off extender - 8.69”
Feeling good about this technique measuring to make sure I am working hard enough. Next session I will incorporate the tunica release streatch for the first 5 mins in the extender each time
