Another update. I actually went 3.5 hrs my second totalman extender session instead of 2hrs cause I am binge watching a show and the extender is easy to keep on at this lower tension.
Can’t wait for the 2.5x bigger base they are releasing soon to handle the higher tensions longer….

So i had a feeling and decided to measure and guess what I hit a brand new bone pressed flaccid stretched PR after my PE training and I even waited a little bit after taking the extender off and still hit a new PR of 8.75”……I know this is inflated cause it’s after all my PE training today but it’s still an all time PR. Here’s the the picture. The way I took it was pressing the ruler into me by pushing my body into the ruler into my bathroom wall while stretching so I could use my other hand to take the picture. I don’t even think I stretched all I could cause my penis was bit tender from all the training lately. I am happy to see this little bit of progress…..you can see some edema in my foreskin from being In the vacum chamber so long today. Also importabt to note my ruler is one of those that doesn’t start at zero but has that extra blank space before starting which may be like 1/16”

Tonight training

session 86

length master - DLD blasters, 5 mins in each of 4 directions for a total of 20mins

Total man extender - 2 hrs with 4mm cord no booster bands

length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way. In the total man vacum chamber with a screw driver for leverage to save time.

Still finishing the second total man extender session but I plan to do a quick pump session and take a picture In the pump to see how
Big I get in the pump after two length sessions
 
So I’m doing some research I found these two videos and In the first one BD uses strain rates on ligaments to figure out the ideal amount to stretch to make gains and he says while in the extender you should be 104-106% longer than your starting bone pressed flaccid length so you have to measure that before hand and right after 102%-104%. I’m a numbers guys so I’m going to try and stick to this to see if it works. He says this is how you can check your working hard enough but not too hard and in the second the guy who created the apex shows his routine and he does track the percent length gain right after to ensure he working hard enough

I don't know the procentage. This intensity are making me grow. One more important aspect of this. I'm always stretching my inner penis hard.

An increase of 2 cm = 0.75 inch, of my BPFSL value after a session with BTC Bundled Stretches with LM3.

That definitely puts you higher at like just over 13.3% but I guess that makes sense since you pull with a lot of intensity
 
Where are this guy saying you should be?
I am actually doing my first session right now so I measured bone pressed flaccid stretched at 8.25” before starting so according to him I should be 8.58”-8.75 in the extender and I am at 8.75” in the extender right now and after I take it off I should be 8.41”-8.58”. I got about 15 mins left in the extender so I’ll measure right after

So I just checked and 8.56” as soon as I take off the extender so I am in the ranges and it’s feels like a good stretch
 
So still doing research and another thing I plan to add is a message while I am in the extender which is meant as a tunica release and explained in this video and the guy who invented the apex extender demonstrates in the video I posted above. It makes sense to me as an athlete cause like the guys in the video below discusses I have had physical therapy on my achillies for tendinitis and they used the tool he shows in the video…..it’s only a 5 min message while I am in the extender so it will be super easy to experiment with
