session 29

length master - beginner routine 7 directions for 1 mins, 3x, 3x 42 mins total

total man vacum extender leg strap after each length master session - 3hrs, 3hrs

tomorrow the last day of the newbie program. I think I read I should transition to the downward bundled stretch’s and mandingo stretches with the lengthmaster. Is that correct @MosMaster and @huge-girth. If so should I do the same amount of time? 2 sessions of 21 mins split between the 2 stretch’s and 3 hrs in the extender after each session?

p.s I started applying coconut oil to my shaft below my micropore tape and it’s making the silicone from the total man extender way more comfortable

Do exactly what you suggested in this post. You are doing a great job.

After 30 days of newbie routine I did like 6 months of downward bundle (also BTC bundles, which is good to progress into after at least 3 months)
Mandingos I didn't find them effective with the length master so I quit them. No good 'stretch feel' for me.

Thanks for the feedback. The downward bundle is just the normal downward from the beginner routine right? What are BTC bundles?
 
P.s. I bought this new extender reviewed in this video. It hasn’t come yet but I love the design and I heard it’s going to be upgraded even further with a scale to show the tension. The company said I can buy that add on seperately when it comes out. I haven’t received it yet because I got a discount buying it early before they start shipping. It’s all metal solid frame with a huge open ring like the total man and the tension goes up to 40 lbs which is unheard of (even though I would never go that high). The tension scale would be awesome since I always wanted that on an extender

I have used ones shape like it but never one with this much tension. Right now I have the total man frame. I have also tried the penimaster one and size genetics one modified with a suction cup but this new beast goes way higher in tension and I like you can adjust the tension just by turning those screws while with the total man I have to take it apart and add rods. My plan is to wear this extender for my 3 hour night session and continue to use my leg strap during the day cause it’s easy to work with on. I’ll use this beast at night while I watch tv.

I've only ever used ADS like the phalloson and SS
 
So that BD on YouTube plans to start selling PE kits. It’s all from Ali and he’s marketing it as cheap but effective since it worked for him

The best way to do the mandingo stretches is with your bare hands. It is the only exercise that cannot be done properly with the length master.
Would doing it in the total man bell with a pen in the hoop help. I feel I can tons of leverage that way since the total man grips so dam good

Today session:

Session 30

length master - beginner routine 7 directions for 1 mins, 3x, 3x 42 mins total - to save time I did the second session in the total man bell without the length master. I used a pen in the bell metal top ring and twisted and pulled for leverage.

So that’s it for the beginner routine. Tomorrow I focus on the downward buddle stretches and mandingo stretches with the length master while still going in the extender after each session. Let’s go!
