length master - beginner routine 7 directions for 1 mins, 3x, 3x 42 mins total
total man vacum extender leg strap after each length master session - 3hrs, 3hrs
tomorrow the last day of the newbie program. I think I read I should transition to the downward bundled stretch’s and mandingo stretches with the lengthmaster. Is that correct @MosMaster and @huge-girth. If so should I do the same amount of time? 2 sessions of 21 mins split between the 2 stretch’s and 3 hrs in the extender after each session?
p.s I started applying coconut oil to my shaft below my micropore tape and it’s making the silicone from the total man extender way more comfortable
