Kicking ass
Thanks. I kind of cheated and measured the other day instead of waiting and hit 7” none bone pressed which matches my all time best. I have only hit it a couple times. Hopefully gains are coming and I can get past it
 
Yesterdays training:

total man bell and leg strap 3 hrs 45 mins

vacuum hanging
4.5 lbs - 10 mins
6.5 lbs - 10 mins
8.5 lbs - 10 mins. Most so far. Added .5 lbs to every set

total man bell and leg strap - 1 hr 30 mins

SRT beginner routine but in the total man bell with caribiner day 23 4 sets of 1 min in the 6 different directions.

total man bell and leg strap - 2 hrs 45 mins

Just forgot 7 and shoot for 7.25. This will dispell any fear of 7

Just forgot 7 and shoot for 7.25. This will dispell any fear of 7
I realized that too as my ultimate goal is 8 inches BP. If I get to 8.25 BP having that extra bit truly ensures that you'll always be at least 8 inches when fully erect if that makes any sense.

Todays training: so even though I work remotely I actually had to go into the office today for a group event and it’s the first time in a year for working for this company so that effected my PE time cause there is no way I am wearing an ADS at work since I am in a professional environment with tight work clothes and ya these things aren’t as discreet as they advertise (maybe is loose workout pants walking the dog or picking up food but that is as far as I will go in publicbut I started right after dinner to make the time up:

Time to get back to logging. I started up 2 days ago so this is my 3rd session back and 3rd with the length master

length master - 3 sets 6 directions for 1 min each

total man frame - 2.5 hrs

length master - 4 sets 6 directions for 1 min each

total man frame - 3 hrs

goal - goal is to get up using the length master 3 times a day each time for 4 sets 6 ways for 1 min each
