Oh. One more thing. I learned something new today. I ditched the phallosan cap. Until now I was using 3m taping and the cap but the cap does nothing and in fact makes things worse cause as it slips off due to the suction it pops up and clogs the air suction holes. When I was just using the cap I was getting redness, purple and blisters. That’s when I learned about the 3m tape and it made a world of difference but I kept the Phallosan cap on top as extra perfection but it really does nothing and like I mentioned makes things worse as it pops off and blocks the suction holes. Today I started without and it’s way better

So it’s the weekend so time to catch up on the log an comment on my PE journey till this point. I found out about PE from watching a video by Derek from more plates more dates on YouTube and that when I bought the phallosan forte and bath mate because he mentioned them. I didn’t use the bath mate long cause like I mentioned my girth is naturally big. I did use the phallosan for 6 months and I wasn’t happy with the results. I analyzed the the reason though. I felt the belt wasn’t really stretching me and was pulling into my body. I saw another YouTube video by a guy named baseem who recommended the penimaster and it made sense cause it had the versatile belt that wrapped around the knee for a more active stretch and the rod system. However the penimaster made me glans super purple and I actually got a blister which required time off to heal……this is when I learned about 3m tape from the internet but I couldn’t use it with the penimaster…..so back to the phallosan so I bought the plus and I couldn’t even use it. The base is so dam narrow and didn’t work for my girth and there weren’t enough rods and they don’t sell rods seperately. What I did though was use it with the penimaster base which is wider but it was still tight so I researched and bought the size genetics base and luckily the rods work with the phallosan and they sell rods seperately and I was using the phallosan bell with the penimaster belt around the knee during the day while working. However I actually even gained a 1/4” girth not even focusing on it. And that brings us today. I bought the total man frame cause it has 2.25” base width with the open U. I have there bell coming and leg ADS for stretching while working and now I bought the length master based on recommendations from members here. So the new plan is length master SRT stretches morning, total man leg attachment ADS while working at home during the day then total man frame stretching at night. It’s been a journey……ready for the next phase. No quit in me!
 
Today: I trained strongman outside today. Right now PE training…..on hour 4 and the plan is 6 in the Phallosan bell but total 6 at the end before bed. The matters of size strap is short for me. I am tall at 6’2” but not super tall…..I will try the strap tonight while I sleep though
 
One more note: I started using the MOS gripping powder today for the first time. I use it on my cock before I put the phallosan sleeve……I will give my thoughts after I use for enough time

So I took Sunday off from Pe. My first day off in while. Today I spent 7 hrs in the phallosan bell and penimaster belt. My length master came today. Work just picked up again but I plan to wake up tomorrow and start the beginner routine posted by “huge girth”……let’s go!

Forgot to update my log yesterday. I did two hours in the phallosan with the penimaster belt after lunch. Then I tried the lengthmaster after dinner. I did the newbie routine posted by huge girth. I was definitely careful and started light. For the first round my wrap was terrible but it got better on the second and third sets. This is like anything with PE where I will get better with it overtime and get accustomed to it. After that I went back in the phallosan with the total man Frame for 3 hrs. I wanted to do 4 hrs but I was falling asleep

Good for you! I am happy you have patience and it went well in the end. It only gets better from here
 
Today’s training. 5 hrs in the phallosan bell with the penimaster belt pre dinner. Then I did 20 mins of the beginner length master routine. Then back in the phallosan bell and total man frame for another 2.5 hours. I put a passive sleeve on right after. So today I cut the AC bandage down to 3 feet making it easier to get a good wrap when using the length master cause the original 5.5-6 feet length made wrapping tough an awkward. I think I am getting the hang of this (pun intended) slowly.
 
One more note. The total man site recommends compression hanging as his top active form of PE. Well the lengthmaster 3 doubles as a compression hanger so once I am done with the 30 day beginning routine I plan to throw in compression hanging as another round of active PE.

Yep. And my total man loading pin attachment came today and it’s compatible with the length master for hanging so I’ll be hanging soon. I just picked up (4) 2.5 lb plates and I have fractional plates of 1.25, 1, .75, .5, .25 so I’m all set next week. Can’t wait
 
Huge update today. My total man stuff came today and I absolutely love it. I have it on right now and it is by far for the best vacuum system I have ever tried. I knew I already loved their frame cause it’s base is an open U at 2.25” diameter which is amazing cause my girth is 6.25” and all the other brands were too tight but their vacuum cambers are amazing also. You can feel the quality. I have around 10 lbs resistance on right now in the frame and it hasn’t budge at all. With the Phallosan I had to check it constantly and Even used work arounds like tape around the sleeve and bell connection etc and it still slid. This is soo much better. And their leg strap looks amazing. I get to try that out tomorrow under my desk while I work from home. I totally recommend the total man system. It’s also super well priced and they have great customer service

today’s training:
My cleaning lady came so that killed my morning so no PE until late afternoon so 2 hrs in the phallosan bell with the penimaster strap before dinner

after dinner and I did the SRT beginner routine with the length master. I get more and more comfortable with this all the time.

then right into the total man bell and frame. Absolutely love this system. Currently have it on and plan to do a total of 3 hrs before bed
 
I honestly can’t get over how much better the total man vacuum chamber is
Than phallosan. I upped the tension even more last night and it didn’t slip 1mm. I have it on while working and I don’t even need to check it. I had to check the phallosan constantly. This chamber is amazing! Another cool thing is that I am back to using the phallosan cap onto of taping for extra protection and no issues with it slipping off and blocking the suction holes like the phallosan
 
So I am late updating the log but I have been training. My girlfriend surprised me calling me late Friday saying she was coming directly to me after traveling so I wasnt able to get in as much training as I wanted to but still got some in. She knows I do PE and I just started when I met her and told her about it since she very open about stuff. She supported my training before but now she’s complaining I’m getting to big so I don’t mention my training as much. I definitely don’t want her seeing the length master because it’s an intimidating piece of equipment. Here is how training went this weekend:

Friday 9/16

5 hrs in the total man bell with the leg strap. I really can’t say enough good things about this system. I use to have to check the phallosan constantly during work but the total man didn’t budge at all in 5 hrs. The connection feels rock solid. My girlfriend called saying she was coming so I hurried and got in 20 mins of the beginning SRT routine with the length master. Normally I would put the ADS back on after but I didn’t have the time with her coming.

Saturday 9/17
she was with me all day so I was only able to get in 5 hrs with the total man bell and leg strap

Today: have the total Man bell And leg strap as I type
 
Keep up the good work brother. In times when you are not able to use the length master, you can just enter the bathroom and do 10mins of manual bundled stretches with your hands or you can use the power assist part of the length master to do it.
