is there a correlation between a persons ball hang and their flaccid hang? i noticed when the scrotum si tight and close to the body a persons penis hangs less, but when a person has low hanging balls their flaccid penis also hangs low. is this true?? if so would increasing the ball hang give a person a betetr hanging cock???

When my scrotum retracts so does my penis. Worse yet, when the scrotum is retracted the penis becomes even shorted due to the angle of how it lays on the scrotum during retraction. This is a fact of life. When it is cold the scrotum will retract and you will lose penis length. Even today, with all the length I have gained, when this happens I lose a lot of length in flaccid state. Changing this would be close to impossible as temperature is the perpetrator...you best option is to move to Florida where it is a constant 70 degrees.

No need to worry. The reason these old men appear to have such low hanging balls is partially because their flaccid penises have shriveled up. P.E. will prevent that. When I'm erect my scrotum is tight against my body as it should be and I turn 70 next year.
