You damage the muscle cells and they repair stronger than last time and ready for a new workout. If you bench 100 pounds today , next time you bench you go for 102-103. And progress for months and years and enjoy your gains. Now, is this law in for Penis Enlargement too? Do I have to put more and more tension on every workout of mine. Stretch stronger, jelq stronger and if yes in what rate should I try to progress. Increase the tension daily, weekly or monthly?
