I'm surprised I don't use it more, so I am going to try and incorporate it somehow***
Sometimes the extender wear makes the penis feel a bit cold, which is why you should definately warm up after your workout

bone pressed erect length?

Or will it eventually

I notice I am currently at
18 cm or 7 inches BPFLS
But BPEL, erect I think with high EQ I measured recently at about
17.1-17.2cm or 6.75 inches

Just wondering so I know where I need to get to with BPFSL to get to the proper Erect length

In some point in your journey, yes. However, the BPFL tends to be only at a maximum of 80% of the total length of the BPEL. That extra blood of blood volume in the blood chamber expands further. HOWEVER! The opposite also is true, where when the blood rushes into the chambers, the tunica ligaments can retract a bit to support the massive amount of blood that creates burden on the penile structure. This is where the 90% of BPEL happens from the 100% BPFL. I've seen quite a few of this for those who overly abused their penises from too much aggressive workout, such as the Iron Man kind of machine that overstressed and overload the tunica and septum that support the penile structure.

That's totally normal. And as your growth continues, you can always add more intensity. If you have tired out that workout.

This is the way I wrap for bundles and DLD rolls with the Length Master
For the glans I use a small strip across the opening of the urethra and then another piece from bottom of the frenelum to the top of the glans, this is to prevent fluid
I add a glans cap
Then the silistretcher type cup with a sleeve
Then wrap in ace wrap, soft ace wrap

This works for me because it doesn't slip as much.

This works for a wrap too when not in use i recently started wrapping

Any way the LM then goes behind the glans

***Just be carefull with forward pressure straight towards the glands***

***When you remove the tape wet it with water for ease of removal***

***For wrap have to ask how long to leave on
Same for Length Master but I remove about every 15 minutes to restore blood flow***

Got it. You're protecting the skin layer with reinforced mesh fiber to prevent accidental over traction pressure. Great job. LM3 comes with the SiliCap2, but using a longer adhesive strip allows the pull to come from base of the glans rather than the top of the glans. A few used this method and worked for them. Others tried various methods that work best for them. Keep at it!

20 min extender up
20 min extend down (4min vibe from top, this felt better like it made the ligament more pliable on top) I might have the anatomy wrong but the band on top side of penis shaft
Last 5 min while still in extender w/ MOS red light therapy

Man, if you can keep this up, you're gonna beat me in growth. I love your hardcore approach taking advantage of intensity. It reminds me so much of my own work where I took a hardcore approach to everything I was doing, and I grew faster than any other person in the world. I pray.You have the same reaction and come back with great growth.

Excellent attitude.I always set my goal to be far more than what I wanted that way.It would be easier for me to mentally get there. So when I was 6 and a 1 inches I shot for 8 inches then, when I got to that point I shot for 9 inches and so on. So keep up the good work remain consistent and always know when to increase your intensity

When will I know when to increase intensity, will it simply be when no more gains are coming?

Also, taking about 10 days off soon, so will not do PE for these 10 days
I will have a cheap air pump for some maintenace in the shower but thats it

I'm going to consider this my decon break.

I would prefer to have done the decon at 3 months, but just timing

Just looked fuller than usual

BPEL and a little over 6.5 in
