Thank you for the feedback!0.2cm loss due to fatigue. If you experience a drop again, back off just a bit to allow the body to adopt the tensions while it recovers.

For todays routine
I did jelqs 300 which doesn't seem like much but every 10 I would do a 10 sec ULI
I think it's what its called basically trapping the blood from the base for 10 sec
Man felt pretty good after these with the focused blood flow
I then did 15 x 10 sec manual stretches downward
Then extender time

@DLD @oldandlively the jelquin felt pretty powerful, but I am going for length right now
If I was going to do stretching in the morning, but not put on a stretcher due to time constraints Is it better just to do a jelquin session instead
Either way I dont have time for retainining devices in the morning, unfortunately
What do you think?

Excellent post my brotherVery nice. Like our brother @9.5inchpro, the jelq is pretty much a forced blood delivery service to transfer the biological resources to where they are needed. If you have time, keep pushing for the jelqs, be in front of the TV, before sleeping, or while in the shower. Keep jelqing.
This is where priming the tissues works at its best, right after the LM workout.
If your body is reacting positively with the jelqing, push it further. Jelq like a madman. Nothing is wrong with more jelqs. When you jelq, try to focus 70% downwards, using gravity as your friend. When you're able, jelq with full erection by pulling upwards towards your chest, to the left and right, all three directions equally. Erected jelqing in these cardinal directions helps to push for natural drainage, while strenghening your overall erection quality. I've done this when I was younger, and it helped with lasting a lot longer with my girlfriend who demanded minimum of 60 minutes fun time.
