Yes, both directions equally, and all directions when possible. How for the left and right? Easy. Mount the extender, twist the base by rotating it, and allow the extender to turn left or right. A slight contortion on the penis in any direction, allows the penis to "bundled" while stretching. Laterally twisting maximize the cellular breakage. Think of a Length Master bundled routine by using your extender.

Crazy that I have gained some recently, but the biggest thing for me was consistancy.
So far in 17 sessions I've gone from 17.3cm to 18cm BPFLS stretched
The prework 13 sessions prior I had wrong measurements, so reset and currently at 17 sessions

Over the years of when I first started PE my beginning length back when I measured at least as a newbie and thought i was measuring correctly
Anyway my starting erect was about 5.75 inches
This is based on me finding a log recently about 3 months ago back from like 2002 or so.

I've done experimental PE for a span of about 20 years or so but many years in between when I did nothing
I would do 2 or 3 months of something and then fail.
Well I must have gains over the years because my current measurement before starting again was at 17.3cm BPFLS
The recent with most gains.
Currently hitting 18cm since I started again in July 2025.

The best thing is follow SRT routine
Currently I'm working on length which I will do until I get to 8 or 9 inches
I realize this may be a few years maybe less I hope, but I've got to do this.
I didn't think I would get to 18cm BPFLS so when I look at the ruler I'm still like is this real and yes it is thanks to MOS

Length Master tool is the best for bundles and DLD rolls which are currently the staple of my routine followed by 1 hour of extender use.

Keep it simple, I think this gives you a better chance in my opinion
2 to 3 excersises for length, then length keeper (extender)

2 to 3 excersises for girth, then girth keeper (cock ring or similar)
I haven't gotten to the girth side yet so we will see

Just be consistent

This is just based on schedule
If I can I will throw on the extender or ADS on my off days but not always

For todays routine
I did jelqs 300 which doesn't seem like much but every 10 I would do a 10 sec ULI
I think it's what its called basically trapping the blood from the base for 10 sec
Man felt pretty good after these with the focused blood flow

I then did 15 x 10 sec manual stretches downward
Then extender time

Either way I dont have time for retainining devices in the morning, unfortunately

What do you think?
Or should I just stick to my evening routine for now so i don't over do it or until I hit a plateau

Very nice. Like our brother @9.5inchpro, the jelq is pretty much a forced blood delivery service to transfer the biological resources to where they are needed. If you have time, keep pushing for the jelqs, be in front of the TV, before sleeping, or while in the shower. Keep jelqing.

When you're able, jelq with full erection by pulling upwards towards your chest, to the left and right, all three directions equally. Erected jelqing in these cardinal directions helps to push for natural drainage, while strenghening your overall erection quality. I've done this when I was younger, and it helped with lasting a lot longer with my girlfriend who demanded minimum of 60 minutes fun time.
