Excellent workout. I'm glad to see you're getting in everything you need to grow your length. Different measuring techniques can give different outcomes. I measure with a metal ruler. Where I measure along the top center of the penis, as far into the base as possible. And from there, I measure to the tip, I do this exactly the same way every time and as long as it's bone pressed, it will be a solid measurement.

18.1 is a huge temporary gains. very nice work! I love the LengthMaster work it really is nothing that compares. I just saw that you it made an equal temporary gain in both length and girth. Excellent work!

Is 20 minutes active work enough to stimulate growth?

I feel a great workout with this

Any more and I feel like it would be over fatigue or maybe would initiate turtling

I see some doing some crazy work and I wonder if I'm doing too little

Yes, as newbies transitioning into intermediate PE journeymen.

This is where you need to wrap to prevent turtling. When the penis is under stress, even a veteran still see turtling.

I see some doing some crazy work and I wonder if I'm doing too little

Those crazy workouts are for those who have been on an intense PE journey in their latter phases from intermediate into advanced routines.

Not at all, extra work means extra gains, so if you can fit it in, you should. I did up the eight routines a day, and that's when I made my fastest growth

Go for it. As you go from one month to another, simply add a bit more tension/traction into the routine. We measured it by 0.5lb of traction every 3 to 5 weeks. If you're using mechanical assist, after 3 good months of moderate tensions, the traction tension on the pull can skip just a tiny bit from 0.5lb to around 1lb every 3 to 5 weeks. This is your call brother.

Excellent work. I think you're going to cement that temporary gain very quickly. If you continue to follow your routine and add intensity or change the routine if things slow down you you' you'll you'll be you'll be go you'll be golden!
