This is a very good routine! It is hardcore and it will bring you much growth. Keep up the good work and be careful as you progress. Not to go too fast too far so you do not injure yourself.

@DLD what is the exercise with the LM called when you press on the base and then roll the handle bars back or forward so you feel the tug on the base ligaments on the top of the penis or the underside

I called them DLD rolls. One of the more difficult exercises, but one of the best. I love that you bring this up so other brothers can see, so they may try. There are many exercises that you can do with the LengthMaster and PowerAssist. Be sure to check out all the exercises you can do as there are many that people do not do, and they should, because it will help them grow. Please let me know how it goes. I was trying BTC stretches with the LM but kept feeling too much pressure on the glands, so I did the DLD rolls instead and felt it was hitting the ligs pretty good

Such a very good exercise.I'm so happy you're using it. So many people avoid certain exercises, and I have no clue why rolls are so under used while being an incredible thing

Yes it felt really good doing the rolls. Between the LM bundles and LM rolls and extender.
I think I have what I need for growth.

I am doing 10 min of LM bundles and then
10 min of DLD rolls

Should I be doing more than this for a workout before getting in the stretcher?

What you're doing is fine. It's a great workout, and i'm especially excited that you've included rolls. Each roll should last thirty seconds. Adding in your stretcher I would say, that's the icing on the cake

I was doing the rolls short time but will increase to 30 sec each direction

The stretch after is crazy with the rolls, once I put in the stretcher
That's why I think it's going to work

The BTC with LM is harder for me because I feel the pressure on my glands, but with the rolls it feels like I'm hitting the ligs really good

Well, use the rolls to get you to be able to do behind the cheeks bundled. Keep trying behind the cheeks until you're comfortable with it. It's a very powerful way to stretch. I'm glad you're feeling those ligaments because that shows you're making progress.
