The base ligament stretches with LM
When you have the LM attachment at the base I begin my stretch with pushing down slightly with each hand on a handle bar of the LM and as I do so my thumbs are pressing in the middle of the LM while I’m pushing down. This is when begin twisting up on both hands as if I’m riding a motorcycle. What happens at that moment is that the LM begins pushing hard on the base of the penis all the ligaments are and you get a really good stretch.

What 1 or 2 exercises do you recommend with the length master for maximum length?

First Bundled Downward Stretches, max this exercise out --> Then transition to Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches and stretch like your life depends on it. Use 5 minute stretches and maximize elongation with heat and stretching force.
BTC is where the most length will be gained. At least if you relax 100% into the stretch (reverse Kegels) and enjoy the discomfort. The discomfort will transition into good feelings.

How long should I be doing behind the cheeks stretches in general?
3 sets of 5 minutes each ok or should I be doing more?
I did 2 sets at 10 minutes each (20 minutes).
2 sessions per day is optimal but when I got up to maximum stretching force and elongation. Only one session each day (3 days on 1 day off and repeat) was enough to gain.

I also recommend to hold each stretch for 5 minutes in a dynamic way, in this way you will see the most elongation after session and gain the fastest (always implement elongation healing during the day). Always relax fully into the stretch == reverse Kegel.

Dynamic Way: Change the angle of the stretch continuesly in order to target inner penis and ligaments optimally.

Just, be sure to work out a positive exercise routine, being specific with what you will do each day. Being specific let's us help you with your plan. So please write it out exactly as you're going to do it. This way, you get the best advice

Variation is never a bad thing. Try different sets of variations, BUT, as you put it, there should be consistency even with variation. The body loves varation. This is a great way to prevent the body from adapting, but it will adopt the new influences being done to it.

If I add a fulcrum like a marker or small pvc pipe when I am using a penis stretcher will this just bend my penis or will it just additional tension for stretching

I don't want my penis to get crooked

I don't want my penis to get crooked

It only get crooked if you don't balance the stretch load. If you must bend down, you must bend up equally. If you bend to the left, you must bend to the right equally. Both equally in tension of the pull and the angle degree or bending level.

I put on an extender and then slide a marker underneath the penis but above the rods to create a bend down in the middle of the penis while in the extender

This is me thinking out of the strange box, but just a bit of experimentation for your side:

20 minutes bundled in the stretcher one direction
20 minutes bundled in the stretcher the other direction
20 minutes normal extension to relax the muscles in longitudinal direction

5 minutes water pump x 3 (use 5x5x3 routine if you can since it's only 15 minutes)

30 minutes bundled in the stretcher one direction
30 minutes bundled in the stretcher the other direction
Use as many remaining hours possible for normal extending longitudinal direction.

Use as many hours as you can on the extender. Why this method? Causing intermittent fatigue on the tunica and septum using extender (based on collective info for the brothers for the past 5 years on this method) forces a safer and faster extension rate. The pumping helps to soften the internal tissues for the elongation. The pump-length-pump-length routine provides higher lengthening success rather than just length or pump routine alone. Just something to think about for testing in the future.
