having a hard time wrapping properly with LenthMaster, LM, so I have to practice more until I get it right.
I am uncut, but having a hard time with slippage. I saw a video of uncut guy put it on like nothing but not sure how he does not have any slippage.

I need to figure out how much I can clamp down safely with the LM.
I will keep trying.

I was able to use the power assist portion of the LM to do fulcrum type stretches.
Nothing specific just did about 10 minutes of what I will call freestyle stretching (stretching in various directions).

Also, there is a stretch that I do with just my hands that starts as a newbie stretch with ok grip on glans in desired direction then I grab at the base of penis with opposite hand and I use my thumb to push on the hand holding the glans with ok grip. More push with the thumb more tension less push with the thumb less tension. (I’m sure MOS has a name for these, but for now I will call them hydraulic stretches).

I posted this a few posts ago and maybe you already know these by a different name or you probably came up with them 😁

Regarding bundles, these exercises are probably out there, but just wanted to check

When doing some bundles recently I noticed if I positioned the penis in a twist, but instead of grabbing only by the glans to do a bundle, I would get the penis like a handle bar and then pretend I’m reeving up like on a motorcycle i could get more twist in.
There’s probably a name already but I’m going to call it
bundle bars

Another twist pun intended 😆
Was doing the same as above but holding an ok at the ligament end of the penis towards the body and then bundle bars, seems to switch the intensity to the shaft area

Ok one last twist
Second one above with bundle bar and ok at the lower end of shaft towards the body, but then twisting like a towel, careful though these seem intense.

I was having a hard time with comfort and slippage with the LM, but I think I found what I am going to use for my wrap and it was awesome for me.

I have both a Stealth stretcher type head attachment and the Silistretcher.

I used this.
Attach the stealth stretcher as if you are going to hang
So head wrap, then enter the stealth stretcher head attachment and roll your sleeve onto your penis.

I was about to hang and I just thought what if I put the LM hanger attachment behind the stealth stretcher head attachment and bam.

I was ready to stretch after this with no slippage at all.

decided to do the A Y stretches in between hanging session and it was a strong stretching session

Yes both comfort and intensity are better.

Especially when I tried Stealth stretcher cap with sleeve and LM hanger behind it, but only concern is too much intensity and might injure glans as there was more pressure.

@DLD is there anything you would adjust on the pyramid hanging you see in my routine?

You are right on the hanging, I think I am seeing a difference, but too early to tell until I’ve been consistent for a few months.

@DLD I’ve read the SRT and just wondering about wearing the ADS during the night.

How safe is it to sleep with an ADS?

I think this is the part that is maybe keeping me from some additional gains.

Depens on a lot of factors. Like what model you using etc. You need to test it out a lot like wearing it non stop for 8+ hours daytime first or set alarms during first nights. That being said, I have not come up with a good method for my self so I'm off PE during sleep. Some people manage to do it though. Feels risky if it constricts blood in any way in my opinion.
