Progress thread Come on gains

I measured earlier because I thought I had lost some gains.

I had not been doing PE consistent the last 4 months or so but been trying to wear the vacuum stretcher at least 2 hours a day off and on.

Good to know that I am at least still at
BPFSL 6.75 inches

I’ve got to hit the 7 inch mark by end of May 2021

Come on gains!

I think I’m going to wait to measure until end of August.

Been slacking it so need to get on track.

I’m back, hopefully for growth and motivation.

Been looking back at my previous log reading back from beginning just to see what I was doing before.

There was a period back in 2019 where I gained about 1/2 inch.
That is well cemented now at 6.5 inch

Going to try a hanging routine which I have been messing with a bit and seeing my previous workout, doing a hybrid.
 
Posting previous measurements and current stats to get a baseline again.

Regarding bundles, these exercises are probably out there, but just wanted to check

When doing some bundles recently I noticed if I positioned the penis in a twist, but instead of grabbing only by the glans to do a bundle, I would get the penis like a handle bar and then pretend I’m reeving up like on a motorcycle i could get more twist in.
There’s probably a name already but I’m going to call it
bundle bars

Another twist pun intended 😆
Was doing the same as above but holding an ok at the ligament end of the penis towards the body and then bundle bars, seems to switch the intensity to the shaft area

Ok one last twist
Second one above with bundle bar and ok at the lower end of shaft towards the body, but then twisting like a towel, careful though these seem intense.

I tried to use the LM, but was not able to due to unsuccessful wrapping.
Also, harder for me to use after getting pumped from Hardcore water pump stretches.
Probably going to have to split days where I use LM and Hardcore water pump stretches due to swell from the pump stretches.
I need to be in a more flaccid state for LM.

The workout then would look like this.

How much have you gained since starting?

@MosMaster officially I would say 1/2 inch in the last few years of active training.
Actually I gained 1/2 in a six month stretch of being consistent.

Unofficially I would say an inch or more due to inconsistent measuring.
The reason I say this is because I did PE off and on for years since about 2000, but this was never consistent and I didn’t know what the heck I was doing.
DLD and the MOS website content has really helped in honing in the skills.

I’m going to be doing the routine I outlined above to get to 7 inches by my bday in August 2023.
I might tweak it as I go.
We will see.
