Upward stretches hit tunica
What do sideways stretches hit, both?

Sideways stretches work both the suspensory ligament and the tunica.
 
I have a slight curve upwards at least it seems that way.

Does over training tunica upwards stretches vs ligs downward stretch call cause this?

How do I minimize upward curve with PE exercises?

From my own experience, I increased my upward curve a bit when I did Mandingo stretches with the length master for 3 months.

Vacuum stretcher sideways
45 minutes

I switch left and right as you mentioned.

I am going to put it on earlier in the afternoon as I don’t think 45 minutes at night is going to do enough.
