The hardcore stretches really show an immediate pump. I can feel the ligs getting pulled on pretty good.

I created those by mistake LOL my pump got stuck one day and I pulled on it and I realized that I was able to do expressive stretching using a pump, it was a great day. Expressing gains from within your body is just a whole new angle I’m making growth.

I really like how you’re getting in the Bundle stretches in before every set, that’s very smart.
 
I started throwing a minute of bundles in betwee too. Let’s see, Just Grow!

It seems like a small thing but it truly is a powerful thing. I wish I invented Bundles when I first started, I might’ve made even better gains. I did not come out with bundles stretching until 2003

So when doing girth work, you are not warming up? Or just a little warm up?

The bundled stretching is a good warm-up.

Bundles are a good warm up.

I usually do a five minute warm up in the shower followed by the bundles, but yes I don’t always do bundles when I do girth work.

It does make a difference though especially for length.

Bundles are the perfect warm up because they prepare your penis to take up much more temporary growth than anything else by stretching the tunica first. The Tunica is very dense upwards of 95% so it is the biggest limiting factor in PE. But when we employ bundled work we are effectively stretching to Tunica and since the Tunica is so dense it will never go back to its original size. Bundled stretches are the gateway to creating growth.

Based on my previous few workouts I am doing newbie stretches and then fulcrum work.
Am I still in the right track.

Do you suggest I do something different?
Really going for length and then girth a little later after I can get to at least 8 inches.

What do you think?

This definitely looks good. Are you being sure to also get him expressive stretches? Erect stretches? And the testicle health massage and routine?
