Progress thread Come on gains

Thinking of changing up my routine.

I feel like I am a bit stuck at 6.75 inches in length.
I would like nothing more than to keep gaining length.

I am considering doing hardcore water pump stretches followed by a pumping session with a 2 inch cylinder and then doing some sets of air pump hardcore stretches.

What do you think?

Or should I stick to my length routine for another 3 months and see some gains that way?

When things slow let the routine go! It is always smart that when you come to a plateau to create a new routine with new exercises and tools. I would take a day or two off to plan the routine and come at it with all you got. Sometimes confusing the penis makes it grow grow grow.
 
Ok, so trying new routines.

tonight’s workout

Hardcore water pump stretches
Stretch down 30 sec x 3
Stretch out 30 sec x 3
Stretch up 30 sec x 3

Erect stretches 1 minute x 5 sets
 
Have you tried wearing a SiliSleeve to bed? I got mine yesterday and wore it for 13 straight hours throughout the night. Didn't feel a thing.

I have not worn a sleeve overnight.
If you are going to use a sleeve for overnight wear, I believe you should be doing a workout first.
The sleeve is supposed to help as passive healing keeping you in an extended state.
 
Yeah I do one last stretch session before bed and then throw the sleeve on for passive healing while I sleep. I was just throwing it out there for you.

Hardcore stretches are very good. (like)
I am going to try them for a month or so along with erect stretches and see what happens.

They do pull so much dick out of your body it’s insane!
 
Thank you so much @JustGrow, I have one more question, I read couple of times in this forum about penis toughening from stretching and other exercises, what is the way to prevent toughening? Is toughening permanent? And what are your thoughts on this?

I have not really heard of toughening the penis because of stretching. If this occurs where it becomes difficult to stretch what you should do is use heat from a heating pad for the like which will help your penis relax and allow for a much better stretch. But with hard core stretches this is not necessary. This is an expressive exercise that brings penis that’s in the body out.

Straight Out to the Center

Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

30-seconds x 1
Straight Up to the Left
Straight Up to the Center
Straight Up to the Right
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25 Cranks

10 minutes fulcrum stretches

I said I was going to go away from the newbie stretch routine, but it still seems solid to me for growth even though I did not see growth for about 4 months or so.

Still trying a few different things.

@DLD what do you think to gain more length?

I have noticed when I do deep heat for warm up that it makes a big difference in stretching.
