@DLD when measuring should one just simply get an erection and then measure for BPEL, but what if EQ is down or should one get an erection and strap on the duro ring just to maintain throughout the measurement... just some thoughts.

@DLD when measuring should one just simply get an erection and then measure for BPEL, but what if EQ is down or should one get an erection and strap on the duro ring just to maintain throughout the measurement... just some thoughts.

Most men find it impossible to measure when erect as if the penis has eyes and it knows what’s going to happen LOL I prefer measuring flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed. This measurement is always accurate no matter good EQ or bad. Just be sure to anchor it against the pubic bone in the center of the penis and make sure you measure him this way for every measurement to make sure you’re seeing gains.

Flaccid bone pressed length is the future peek into your erect bone pressed length. It’s also the best way to measure length because there are many variables that can change a erection measurement. While flaccid nothing can interfere with your measurement.

I already kind of started about a week ago, since I am able to put wrap on comfortably with Silisleeve for Lengthmaster use

Saturday some kind of girth workout maybe for 10 minutes

5 to 10 minutes LM bundles light pull
20 minutes LM bundles medium pull

One thing I was not doing consistently was warming down with MOS Red, so I will try and be more consistent

This looks like a great routine. Do you have the LM yet and if you do have you practice wrapping with it? if you have just purchased your lengthmaster when it comes in I suggest you spend some time in the wrapping forum as this will give you several methods of wrapping to choose from. With the LM the biggest hurdle is wrapping but once you have that down you’re golden.
 
LM is great for bundles.
I tried different methods for wrapping, but since I am uncut this works best for me.
Others may have better wrapping technique, but this is just a simple and straightforward way to use.
Roll a Silisleeve up like a donut, place right behind glans and allow some of the Silisleeve to roll forward to protect glans.
Then apply the LM and tighten to your liking.

Bundles are very effective with the LM. Also try to do some rolls because those are extremely effective.
