yay! You’re doing the roles this makes me very very happy. How do you feel they are working for you? I think they’re the most intense exercise you can do with the Lengthmaster
 
Rolls feel good makes the tissues feel like they stretched out real good but without too much intensity. For what the rolls accomplish it just seems real easy, so I can’t wait to see the gains come.

Rolls feel good makes the tissues feel like they stretched out real good but without too much intensity. For what the rolls accomplish it just seems real easy, so I can’t wait to see the gains come.

They are easy and they feel great and I’m trying to let everybody know that this is probably one of the best ways to use their LM. Rolls are very powerful.

How do you like the hard-core stretches? Are you seeing the thicker base and more length?
