You answered my question perfectly, you’re going for length before girth. This is becoming a popular wait for men to train as they can put complete focus on the work they’re doing. Length work is quite different than girth work in a mental sense, girth work requires libido and great focus while length requires little focus and no libido.

It’s very smart that you’re doing one day of girth work to keep your body in that game while you’re training for length. It’s a bright idea and I’m going to include this as a method for those who are going exclusive with one or the other.

Erect stretches to be done every day if you desire for as long as you want. But I would say a minimum do two sets a week of 10 minutes and that should close that gap between your bone pressed flaccid size and your bone pressed erect size.

I do erect stretches to and they really work
 
I went back to my previous workout update to ensure I had bundled stretches in before the rest of the workout.
I’ll keep it the same with
-5 min warm in shower
-5 min water pump
-5 min bundled stretches
Then the rest of the workout.

Right now I feel like the 5 min water pump portion is part of the warm up.

Take a particular notice in any difference in temporary length or girth due to Bundled Stretches being done before your workout. Many people report better temporary gains in length and girth one bundle stretches are done prior to their routine.

You guys mentioned erects and bundles and I have incorporated it into my workouts as of last week. I noticed the difference after just one length workout.
 
Thanks Darkmoon, I will look up hardcore bathmate stretches and see if I can incorporate some of this into my routine at some point.

I do girthwork 1 day a week right now and I am looking at the 5x5x3 to see how to perform it.
 
Hard-core stretches are an incredible addition and a very good Expressive exercise. Erect bundles are very powerful too as your stretching your Tunica in its most expanded state. I’m finally erect stretching is what allows you to close the gap between the ELBP and FSBP. I’m so happy you guys are getting all this good stuff out of the brotherhood!

I’ve been looking for the hardcore bathmate stretches on site because I want to see if it is something I can do with penome pump but I am unable to find them.

Unfortunately with the Penomet the stretches are damn difficult to do due to the construction of the unit.
As the gaiters are not fixed, it really isn't viable option to stretches with the unit.

One possibility would be to use a zip tie, but I doubt that would hold very strongly.
You could possibly glue the gaiter permanently on the unit. You could choose your favorite gaiter (I think black one is quite decent, the difference is in the rigidness of the gaiter regarding the colors) and glue it on.
Not an official suggestion, you do this with your own risk.

Or take a plunge and get a Mityvac. ;) It really is difficult to those stretches with the Penomet, you could try to hold the gaiter on, but I think it is too much hassle.

I will have to do my best in the mean time with penome, but that MityVac looks nice too.

In the meantime what you can do this sort of hold the base of the Penomet and the gator at the same time and pull them both and sometimes there’s a good enough vacuum that you can get a good hard-core stretch.
 
Which one should go first on stretch day, bundles or hardcore water pump stretches?

I go with newbie stretches after.

Bundled stretching always come first no matter what you are training. The whole reason we do Bundled Stretches prior to our routines is it pre-stretches the Tunica, allowing for maximum expansion and elongation.
