If I truly gained from 7.3 to 7.7cm in 10 sessions that would mean
0.4cm gained divided by 10 sessions is 0.04cm gained per session
If you are measuring potential gains (temporary gain that lasts more than 12 hours), you are correct to assume you're at an explosive growth period. Lock in and dial in your routines to maintain that explosive growth. SLOWLY! EVERY SLOWLY!! Tweak your routine to prevent the body from adapting. That means to slowly increase very little on the intensity every week to allow the body to adopt the new tensions, allow the new tensions to take effects, but without triggering the rejection of the stressor loading and cause they body to adapt to the stress loads. Do you see the difference between adopt and adapt? Lock that explosive growth in.
So then 2.54cm is equal to 1inch
2.54cm divided by 0.04cm gained per session would have me gaining 1 inch in 64 sessions
That's crazy to think about the potential!
