I ordered the cockrings suggested at nysexchop.com
The small rings are too large for ADC.

You need to make the time if you want the gains, I know it sounds rude and insensitive but I was taught that if I wanted a bigger dick I needed to make the time. Get up an hour earlier or go to bed an hour later. Penis Enlargement is all about priority and commitment, yes, it is a gift but it does require effort. I really hope to see you carve some time out of you schedule and treat yourself to a miracle.

Use a cloth constrictor. I made a pretty damn effective one from a dress sock. Just do a search for my thread: "Bigjoe's insane 24/7 constriction plan log."
