I’ve been trying to focus mainly on girth but also doing length stretches as well. My routine for the last two weeks has been about 5 minutes of blue whales Mandingo stretches, followed by 5 minutes of jelqing, and then 3-4 minutes of slow squash jelqs. Repeated 3 times. After that I wear a cock Ring for about an hour usually play with myself to get back up to about 80-90% erection with some additional jelqs just to get more blood/expansion once again and wear the ring for another 30 minutes once flaccid. I’m not sure how wel this routine is working I have just recently started, if you have any pointers to make my routine better please let me know. I would also like to make my head bigger and am not sure the best way to achieve a larger head.
