I thought like 1% of the population had over 8-9 inches?????
 
I'm over 8" x 6.2 and sometimes 6.5" in max girth and BP I am 9.5". I believe that I am in less than 1% of the population with my penis size.
 
Everyone went to high school with a dude who had a 14" dick and every girl has slept with a guy in double digits. It's all ridiculous. Mandingo is 11", and I've never seen anything bigger. That's not to say bigger doesn't exist, but everyone and their mother sure hasn't witnessed it or anything close to it in person.
