I'm back again. I measured and I'm at 6.75 x 6.25. I'm pleased with this because that is really close to what I was at before I stopped PE for quite a bit.

Welcome back my friend it’s good to see you. Your routine looks good but I advise you to look at the SRT routine and see where you can implement some of that methodology into what you’re doing to make it much more effective. I’m looking forward to your updates and I’m so happy you’re back in action.
 
Fantastic to see an update from you @barracuda94 ! Keep at it and stay consistent. Sounds like a meaty one you have at the moment! ;) Getting length to 7" would even out things, I would assume.

Yeah Length is my goal! I get tempted to use my bathmate at times just because I like using it but I think I'm gonna stay away until I'm longer.

With length packing the tube would be one way to use the pump to gain length the other is Hardcore Stretches.
 
I think I may go back to using Lengthmaster with hanging

That’s an awesome approach and if you’re doing this you may want to look into the hanging sets that I’ve included in SRT. They’re very powerful very organized and a very good way to hang.

I really felt like pumping since I haven't in so long. I think I may throw in a very small bathmate session (like today) every so often just because I like using it. At this time, I definitely don't want to gain too much girth though.

Solid routine for length. I do not think you will gain too much girth with this routine. Just don’t go overboard with pumping and your girth should remain the same or close.

I was wanting to go for another half hour for hanging and add more weight but the tissues surrounding my base were too fatigued. I’m hoping I’ll be able to increase weight soon (would really like to get to 10 to get true ligament fatigue). I will also be adding 2 more sets of bundled stretches (a total of 4) as I get used to this routine.

And a question, would it be too much to add an ADS with the current routine I have? As of right now, I don’t think I’m ready because the tissues surrounding my base become a just a little tender and I think it needs rest until I become a bit more conditioned. But I would consider adding it in the future. I have a PF.

Increase the weight when the soreness starts to reduce. I would wear your PF for all the time that you’re not training to keep yourself in a elongated position to cement length gains.

Sleeping with Silisleeve on.

Trying to add more detail to my routines. I was going to wear my Phallosan Forte to sleep but my glans are a little pumped up from using LG Hanger. I'm going let them rest and apply moisturizer. I purchased some silisleeve duros because my past silisleeves are starting to really wear.

I’m finding that I can use more weight when hanging SD. So I’m thinking the way I should approach this is to hang BTC for as long as I can......increase weight if I can. Then when it becomes too much, to switch to SD. Is that correct?

Another question, is there an advantage to using an extender vs. an ADS?

Now this is what I call someone who has a great investment in PE the truly believes and wants to make these things happen. The more information you give us the better we can understand you and the changes that you make. But you also help so many other people when you give such good specifics on what you’re doing. Plus having a record of how and why you gained is very valuable to future brothers.

All I did was wear my PF for 6 1/2 hours. I was frustrated because my glans dried up really bad. I'm going to try doing my routine in the mornings instead so I can wear my PF in the day and let everything rest at night.

I also keep having a hard time putting on my silisleeve because everytime I do, the skin near my glans gets trapped at the top.Maybe I'm missing something but I'm having a hard time putting the dang thing on.

I only did 2 sets of bundled stretches due to tissues feeling fatigued. I stayed at 5 lbs. for my 3rd set for hanging. It is indeed better for me to hang early in the morning and then use PF, plus it fits with SRT better. Also, DAMN! Bundled Stretches must affect girth. Felt girthy throughout the day.

Bundle stretching affects both length and girth. What bundles do is they stretch the Tunica both lengthwise and width wise. So basically your penis expands in all directions.

Wore my PF for about 2 hours afterwards

So I hung for quite some time today! I did develop lil tiny blisters but they were very irrelevant because they didn't cause too much pain......BUT my glans are super dry again. I use a combination of non scented lotion and coconut oil for hydration. I'll have to go get some hydrocortisone. Ordered more silisleeves.

I have a bit of a "turkey neck." When I took off the hanger today, turkey neck was pumped. I'm not sure there is a way to stop that from happening, but if there is, I'd love some input.

I will probably wear my other silisleeve to sleep. Took off my PF after two hours because I wanted the tissues to be able to rehydrate and to let turkey neck return back to normal.

I think I am going to stick to 2 sets of bundled stretches and 1 hour of hanging daily for now (at least on week days) due to sake of time and also my glans still not in the best shape.

It’s not as bad as before.......but I’m still having issues with glans sensitivity/tenderness after using vacuum based tools. I don’t know what exactly I need to do to fix the issues. I now have little tiny blisters on the underside of my glans. They seem harmless and I’m hoping they go away quick because if they don’t, I’m going to have to use a day to rest.......again......I don’t know if this is just something that I need to give time for conditioning or if I need to fix something but I do hope I don’t have to deal with this every time.
