I'm back again. I measured and I'm at 6.75 BPEL x 6.25 BEG. I'm pleased with this because that is really close to what I was at before I stopped PE for quite a bit.

You could try jelqs before the hanging, but of course do hanging flaccid.

This would in effect take advantage of the pre expanded penis further, stretching an already larger then normal penis after the jelqs.

Welcome back my friend it’s good to see you. Your routine looks good but I advise you to look at the SRT routine and see where you can implement some of that methodology into what you’re doing to make it much more effective. I’m looking forward to your updates and I’m so happy you’re back in action.
 
Fantastic to see an update from you @barracuda94 ! Keep at it and stay consistent. Sounds like a meaty one you have at the moment! ;) Getting length to 7" would even out things, I would assume.

Yeah Length is my goal! I get tempted to use my bathmate at times just because I like using it but I think I'm gonna stay away until I'm longer.

With length packing the tube would be one way to use the pump to gain length the other is Hardcore Stretches.

Solid routine for length. I do not think you will gain too much girth with this routine. Just don’t go overboard with pumping and your girth should remain the same or close.

I was wanting to go for another half hour for hanging and add more weight but the tissues surrounding my base were too fatigued. I’m hoping I’ll be able to increase weight soon (would really like to get to 10 to get true ligament fatigue). I will also be adding 2 more sets of bundled stretches (a total of 4) as I get used to this routine.

And a question, would it be too much to add an ADS with the current routine I have? As of right now, I don’t think I’m ready because the tissues surrounding my base become a just a little tender and I think it needs rest until I become a bit more conditioned. But I would consider adding it in the future. I have a PF.

Increase the weight when the soreness starts to reduce. I would wear your PF for all the time that you’re not training to keep yourself in a elongated position to cement length gains.

Sleeping with Silisleeve on.

Trying to add more detail to my routines. I was going to wear my Phallosan Forte to sleep but my glans are a little pumped up from using LG Hanger. I'm going let them rest and apply moisturizer. I purchased some silisleeve duros because my past silisleeves are starting to really wear.

I’m finding that I can use more weight when hanging SD. So I’m thinking the way I should approach this is to hang BTC for as long as I can......increase weight if I can. Then when it becomes too much, to switch to SD. Is that correct?

Another question, is there an advantage to using an extender vs. an ADS?

Now this is what I call someone who has a great investment in PE the truly believes and wants to make these things happen. The more information you give us the better we can understand you and the changes that you make. But you also help so many other people when you give such good specifics on what you’re doing. Plus having a record of how and why you gained is very valuable to future brothers.

Bundle stretching affects both length and girth. What bundles do is they stretch the Tunica both lengthwise and width wise. So basically your penis expands in all directions.

Wore my PF for about 2 hours afterwards

So I hung for quite some time today! I did develop lil tiny blisters but they were very irrelevant because they didn't cause too much pain......BUT my glans are super dry again. I use a combination of non scented lotion and coconut oil for hydration. I'll have to go get some hydrocortisone. Ordered more silisleeves.

I have a bit of a "turkey neck." When I took off the hanger today, turkey neck was pumped. I'm not sure there is a way to stop that from happening, but if there is, I'd love some input.

I will probably wear my other silisleeve to sleep. Took off my PF after two hours because I wanted the tissues to be able to rehydrate and to let turkey neck return back to normal.

I think I am going to stick to 2 sets of bundled stretches and 1 hour of hanging daily for now (at least on week days) due to sake of time and also my glans still not in the best shape.

It’s not as bad as before.......but I’m still having issues with glans sensitivity/tenderness after using vacuum based tools. I don’t know what exactly I need to do to fix the issues. I now have little tiny blisters on the underside of my glans. They seem harmless and I’m hoping they go away quick because if they don’t, I’m going to have to use a day to rest.......again......I don’t know if this is just something that I need to give time for conditioning or if I need to fix something but I do hope I don’t have to deal with this every time.

Alright I’m going to have to stop hanging for the next 2-3 days or so. I have little blisters from my hanging session on Sunday and they won’t heal. I’ll probably just do Tension Stretches and other manual stretches for maintenance until everything has healed up.

Smart move you never want to work through blisters as they will never heal and eventually you will end up with scars. My advice is to keep clear of them, use a hot compress to help speed recovery but truly let them heal on their own.

Just did some Tension Stretches in basic directions for about 45 minutes. Trying to let blisters heal.

Smart man and I’m glad you’re doing this. It’s so silly when people work through blisters, it makes no sense. I’m glad you found something to do that will not affect the area where you were injured.
 
Just been healing the past almost week now. I did hang once but then noticed the healing basically reversed itself. So I decided to stop ill my glans look the same as they did pre-blister.

Well guys, I think its time to jump back into everything. I actually want to start using this thread as a journey to turn a new page and log both my PE exercises and just a check in for diet, exercise, personal health goals. I need to be accountable and I feel like this is the way for me to do it. I'm just going to start out with manual exercises again and the Phallosan Forte.

Due to wanting to make this simple, I will not type out that I am doing a warmup/warmdown because I always do that every time anyway. I also always hold Tension Stretches for 30 seconds each unless otherwise specified.

Thanks! Yeah I'm going to take a step back from devices that involve pumping glans so for me that means no more hanging or Phallosan Forte for now. I'll be doing manual exercises for right now. Possibly a traditional extender too.

I didn't do crossfit today due to lower back soreness. Will be going tomorrow morning.

I've also convinced myself to switch to a traditional extender. I want one that does not involve pumping up my glans. Overtime, I've noticed that I have developed somewhat of a turkey neck and based off what I have seen form other post and forums is that rod extenders seem to help get rid of that. No more PF probably. Kind of sad but I think this is a good move. I don't want just a big dick, but a healthy one that appears to be normal just very very large LOL.

So with that being said I'll be sticking to manual routines until I decide which rod extender I want. I'll probably go with tension stretches and jelqing for now but if anyone has other suggestions for length-targeted manual exercises let me know!

I added the pump the other night to see how I would feel about it. I did get some good expansion yes. It seemed to carry over into part of the next day. :) I picked a thinner tube I have because I'm really looking for length gains over girth at the moment. I've noticed whenever I pump I usually need to start out ever other day first or I end up slightly sore. Makes it harder to do my routine the next day. I appreciate the thought though.

I've still been going at.it just been bad at logging in here and leaving an update. I am cooking more and still attending crossfit 5 days a week so that's going well.

For the past week or so I've been doing jelqs/tension stretches. I've also got a size genetics that I just put on today. Been having a hard time wrapping and getting it setup though.

I have a question about that as well, my BPFSL is 6.75. should I be stretching in my SG to that length? Or should it be just under it? Just trying to make sure I'm following everything alright.

I measured 3/25/21 to see if anything changed. I lost a bit of girth midshaft. About 1/4" and like 1/8" in length. So nothing I can't push past :)

BEG: 6"
MEG: 5 1/2"
BPEL: 6 11/16"
BPFSL: 6 3/4"
MFG: 5"
BPFL: 4 1/2"

You always want to stretch it beyond your erect size so yes stretch it to your full flaccid length. The idea is to always go beyond your erect size to cause growth. Eventually this translates to erect length.

and that gap between your flaccid BP stretch length and your BP erect length is closed by doing erect stretching. I suggest doing 10 minutes of erect stretches 3 times a week

Is there a good routine where I can incorporate hanging and pumping? Or is that going to be too much? I can maybe do 2 split sessions a day or just a really long PE session. I'm probably going to start wearing my PF again too.

Right now, I can dedicate up to 2 to 2 1/2 hours probably. I'm starting slow with hanging again. 3.75 pounds for 3 sets of 20 mins. Jelqing in between sets. Could change this though if you think there's a better way to do it.

I really like the SRT hanging routines as they work on the premise of increased intensity as you go up the scale and lighter intensity as you go down. There are two hanging routines there one is longer than the other. I’ll post links below. And if you have the Sizegenetics and the Phallosan we can use the SG for traction stretching and the Phallosan for healing.
