You are not being ignorant at all :). I actually did not come across that exercise on this forum.

The Tension Stretch:

-Make sure you are completely flaccid. Grasp your penis firmly behind the head and wrap your other hand around the first hand for support.

-Pull forward SLOWLY while leaning back for a count of 10 to maximum tension.

-Once you've achieved the maximum amount of tension that you can tolerate, hold for 10 seconds.

-Release tension and start again.

Do 10 repetitions of this exercise at first, then work up to 100 maximum.

I've reached the maximum and I actually hold my reps for 20 seconds each for more intensity.

I have started to use the Foot Hold Stretch and the Hybrid Stretch found here on the site and wow...they are truly intense!

I’m so psyched about this! I waited so long for people to try this exercise that I created and it really never went anywhere until recently. I see many men starting to use the foot long stretch and it makes me feel good inside because I knew this was a great exercise. I look forward to you giving us further updates on your growth. Also I thank you for resurrecting this exercise as it is very powerful

For me, I personally don;t think its that intense but I give credit for about 1/4 inch of gains in length to it. If you lean back during the stretch and add extra time to each rep, it makes it much better but yeah I ordered a lengthmaster so that I can add more intensity to my stretches.

I can’t wait until you start that routine because we’re going to see your gains get so much faster! There is so much you can do with it that you’ll spend hours going through all the different exercises and ways to use the LM

Look through lots of Lengthmaster threads but also look into the PowerAssist and all the stretches you can do with that. Check out some of the videos on the Lengthmaster sub forum. One incredible thing is every stretch you do by hand you can now do using the LM and those stretches will be unbelievably intense.

Things are still going pretty good. Will be measuring on Saturday. I'm pretty sure I've gained another 1/8" in length. I feel slightly longer.

As far as Ball Stretching goes.....I ordered a longer and heavier weight and its a lot bigger than my first ball weight. I can only wear it for about an hour at a time before its just too uncomfortable. I'm trying to be careful with it. I can wear my other weight all day long though now. I've definitely already noticed more scrotum tissue and more freedom for my jewels to move around.

The SRT Size Blaster Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
This is the all new exercise is the end all girth and length practice that will pack on inches of girth and length through it’s powerful one way compression. The main goal in SRT and gaining size is to not only stretch the size we currently have but to access inches of hidden penis found just below the pubic bone and all the length that goes to your rectum. In some men there is up to 10 inches of internal penis but how to claim this size has been difficult using hands only until now.


The SRT Size Blaster works on a mental level that if the internal penis was exposed we could use it. Keeping this in mind it is our first job to grip the extreme base of the solid, erect penis and dig our grip as far into the internal penis as possible. Once we have a good grip on the internal penis we use the other hand to pull and stretch all external penis out ward while the other hand continue to dig deep and deeper into the internal penis. This whole time we are push ing very hard into internal penis while pulling and stretching the penis being exposed. Eventually you will be have to masturbate the new, exposed penis whole the low hand continues to expose new, untapped penis. In time the internal structure will become real, useable, visible penis. As a matter of fact I diid not think there was anyway for me to make bigger gain than I have but this new exercise seems to be unlimited to all men to claim new penis.


Just like the Slow Squash Jelq we are not looking for any specific time limit, we are going for as long as we can and when we need rest we rest, regroup and start again. Imagining the penis inside of you coming out is a very tantalizing way of thinking and as it does become viable be sure to include it in the exercise.


I have noticed that I need to use some of my scrotal skin to become part of my shaft to keep gains coming quickly so I am sure to leave as much slack as possible and as I need more skin I can access it. This transference in skin will not only help guys with Turkey Neck but it will help you turn that skin into skin needed for the shaft. Remember, SRT is transposing and repositioning the body and this exercise certainly embodies that.

I like to use adult entertainment as a catalyst for the work but I go with the most innocent martial as possible. As more and more of the internal penis comes forward you will be able to make longer jerks in motion as new penis will appear.

I like to spend about 45-60 minutes doing these to get the best results.



Attach Cock Ring to keep pump for as long as possible.
 
Awesome. Ok. And would you recommend that I hang after I've done some stretches with the lengthmaster?

II would try it both ways to see where the most fatigue shows up. If you’re too sore after hanging to do stretching and you might want to reverse it. But as I said try it both ways to see which way he brings the most soreness and fatigue.

I did my routine super late at night. I just lost motivation so I really didn't do my full routine. It's a good thing I've got two rest days coming up because I really feel like I could use a short break. Lengthmaster is to arrive today. I'm excited and I might be a little tempted to use it but I am going to wait until Sunday so I can give myself the rest I need. I'll be measuring Saturday night (tomorrow night) and I'll confirm measurements on Sunday morning after I measure before I do my routine again.
 
Is there a motivation thread somewhere? I could use a pick me up! lol.

If you go into the mental penis enlarement section you’ll find many articles that I’ve written on motivation. The mental piece is just as valuable as the physical piece.
 
Oh my hell!!!!! I freaking love my lengthmaster so far. I'm horrid at wrapping......but practice makes perfect!

Also, I keep getting hard while I'm doing all these stretches with it. Trying to stay soft but it's pretty difficult for me lol. Any advice?

I measured again and my stats are pretty much the same. I'd say I gained maybe a 1/32" but its such a small gain that I am not even gonna count it. 1/32" is too easy to make an error. I'll wait another two weeks and try again. Girth is the same.

Wow!!!!! I cannot believe the power of the Lengthmaster. I am going to try doing the above and when my LG Hanger arrives, I'll add to it. I estimate that this routine without hanging takes me about 10 minutes. This might end up being too much when I add hanging. Total time will probably be about an hour and 20 minutes or so. I will be adding more reps to my lengthmaster power stretches. Routine is scheduled to change as I try this out. I mainly picked out stretches I liked more than others. Since I'm adding hanging I don't want the above to be too strenuous.

I suck at wrapping for the Lengthmaster.....but practice makes perfect I guess. Also, I keep getting hard. I think as I continue to try everything out, it will just get easier to do.

You should get a pack of sleeves, there is no wrapping needed for an unbelievably comfortable stretch. Check them out!
 
Ah. I have sleeves. I just got them but I wasn't sure if I should use a traditional wrap? Cool. I'll try out the sleeves tomorrow when I go for it again.

Do you think I should do ALL of the power assist stretches? I just was going to select some of them since I still have hanging to add and I'm worried about a overly lengthy or too time consuming routine......what do you think?

Go through all the various stretches to see what you like best. Definitely rolls and bundles, but there is so much more. Experiment for a day, see what feels best.
 
I concur! Best to try them one by one, to see what feels the best. If some stretches feel too strong, then maybe those stretches you can save for the future. As in, something too strong at the moment could in future be the added intensity needed if/when you hit plateau.

I won't have my LG hanger for another few days and I know you reach a "fatigue" point when using hangers and that's when you know you've done enough for the day. For now, I'm just using my lengthmaster (I know you can use this as a hanger too......but I'm waiting since the LG hanger comes with weights and stuff) until I get the LG Hanger. Do Ijust stretch with the Lengthmaster until I can feel fatigue?
 
Forget the wrap, go with the sleeves and you will never look back!

To answer you about fatigue question with the LM: Its difficult for me to guide members with hands stretching, and the lengthmaster, because the force is dependent on the person doing the pulling ... hard to me, may be soft for you, and vice versa!

With weights its black and white ... 5lbs is 5lbs period.

So, all I can suggest is when you stretch with the LM, you do it with force, not so hard that you want to tear it off, but a good amount of force is needed otherwise the penis has no reason to adapt to the stress, this is not the same as long marathon sessions using the extenders [which are great] using lower force, to make cell growth possible, and increase size.

With all the stretching, and hanging we are hitting external tissue with the tunicae that covers the entire penis like a uniform, and is very strong, to the ligaments that anchor it at the suspensory, to some that do inner penis work targeting the ligaments which connect into the root.

A ligament even exists connecting the glans to the shaft, so that also stretches but nothing like the suspensory ligament can.

Also when you do stretching, please try to perform reverse kegels on and off.

You wont do them the whole time of course not, but every so often they help to force the ligaments into a more relaxed state in the suspensory area, this is still not entirely explainable how it is done because the pelvic floor region doesn't actually have a muscle that reverses, like with a kegel you contract, but the reverse kegel you go opposite, but it is not an opposite muscle as such, its more a relaxation to the area so the ligaments can be hit harder, before they would be shielded somewhat by the action of the re-flexing by the pelvic muscles, as when you kegel.

You want to try aiming for a slight burn sensation in the base area, this is telling you 100% the ligament is being stretched and fatigued to a high degree.

I always had this when I hammered it with lots of effort, and the reverse kegel helps to bring it about faster.

The hanger is a hanger as long as it’s comfortable and you can hang weight from it to gain length it’s all good. So if you feel more comfortable hanging with the LG opposed to the LM that’s just fine

@DLD My birthday isn't until November. LOL
Also, I'll give LM hanging a try when I get some weights.

I've received advice that I should choose mainly two stretches so that I can focus on targeting on a specific part of the penis rather than doing a bunch of stretches and being all over the place......what are you guys' thoughts?

Also, would you suggest wearing an ADS before and after my hanging routine? Or is that too much? I've also received advice that it would be too much but I just want to know what other people think before I make a decision on that.

I've been struggling to find the right tension with extender post-PE. My strategy has been to give it as much extension as i can get without pain, and i've found that at the end of a day of post-PE extending, my shit wants to turtle up. That has made me think i should go easier with the extender. But then yesterday, i measured significant gains, so that makes me think it's working and I shouldn't change a damn thing.

Red hit the nail on the head here, and it's been a real problem with stretching (as opposed to hanging). How much force are you using? How much force should you use? Mostly people have had no idea. They can't tell us how hard they're stretching, and we can't tell them if they're stretching too hard or not hard enough.

In case you haven't seen it, you should check out my thread on this exact subject (the link is in my signature). I strongly encourage you to start doing this so you'll know exactly how hard you're stretching, and the whole community will have your data going forward.

Going by feel is not bad, and it's obviously what stretchers have been doing up to this point, but it can be deceptive. I started stretching at 20-25lbs of force and it felt GREAT... and also resulted in some injuries that forced me to take time off. Now I've backed off to about 15lbs force on my stretches, and I'm still getting a decent stretch but without the injuries.

The scale I use was $7 on Amazon. Pretty good investment. ;)

Moderate is best as you want to heal as close to max length as possible. If you can heal at 100% intensity. How long? As long as you can, every minute matters.

Dude! What a great idea! Thanks for posting on my thread I really appreciate it. I just got done reading through your thread. Definitely understand the penis dysmorphia thing. I feel like my dick is just "ok" sized. Even though I'm above average I'm just not satisfied with it AT ALL. Anyway, I did have a question about the luggage scale thing......how exactly do you apply it to the Lengthmaster to measure the force? Are you pulling on the scale itself while its attached to the Lengthmaster?


I am loving the silisleeve. However, I'm thinking I should cut part of it off? It seems to be a little too long for me. Would you guys recommend chopping a small portion of it off? Or just rolling up part of the bottom? And, is it always necessary to use the silicap as well? I make sure the LM isn't touching my glans when I pull, so I sort of don't really feel the need to put the silicap on.

I would roll the excess length up, you will grow :) and I personally wouldnt wear the silicap when using the LM, unless hanging perhaps with it.

If I understand correctly, you pull the luggage scale itself, and it pulls the LM.

Yup! :) For downward stretches I hook my foot into the handle and just press down with my leg.
