I really like the SRT hanging routines as they work on the premise of increased intensity as you go up the scale and lighter intensity as you go down. There are two hanging routines there one is longer than the other. I’ll post links below. And if you have the Sizegenetics and the Phallosan we can use the SG for traction stretching and the Phallosan for healing.
I'll probably stick to the 1.5 hour routine. I don't think I can spend 4 hours inside the vacuum. I have tried to PF + Hang for long hours and since both devices use vacuum pressure, my glans get really really irritated and I can't perform as well the next day.
Would I use the phallosan immediately after my routine? For a short timeframe and then swap to SizeGenetics?
For pumping, would you recommend that I pump after hanging and maybe limit the amount of days I do it?
