Yeah almost always I look forward to my PE work. Getting interrupted is no fun!20 minutes in and you get interrupted, that stinks. At 20 minutes things are getting good and someone had to mess it up? it happens my Brother! What worse is getting caught in the act! All else looks good for the day.

Well, I definitely could not handle 3.75 pounds as well as I have the past few days. I'm going to take tomorrow off. I may decide to hang in the evening but we will see how I am feeling after a day's recovery. My glans are pretty dried out from all the pumping from my PF and LG Hanger. So I'll be taking a break from my PF as well.

Congratulations my brother this is made my day! You must feel incredible and I know everybody who’s reading this is completely inspired! You came, you studied, you worked hard and you profited and that is how it works. It’s a rare breed of man who is able to follow through with PE to make their goals happen. BTW DLD.......I have been using 3.75 pounds lately and I have been able to use 3.75 now consistently without dropping weight during my hour sessions. I was suggested to try doing just one hour with increased weight.....today I added 1.25 and felt like I could go longer than an hour.
Anyway, I think the idea behind the suggestion was to use a higher weight and only do one hour.....but if I feel like I can handle two hours a day.....do you think I should go 2 hours?
Yes that’s correct you want your session to leave you in total fatigue after you’re done. So the weight should be high enough that as you and your session you’ve reached a point of fatigue. And hanging weights it’s very important to be progressive and study on the increase of weight. If you’re ever comfortable for a whole hour hanging we probably need to increase the weight.

You don’t have to wait to start doing bundled stretches you can start doing them today. They are very simple just do five minutes before you start training. 2 1/2 minutes twisted to the left 2 1/2 minutes twisted to the right. If you do the simple exercise prior to training you will see much faster gains as you were pre-stretching your Tunica.
Ah! I was thinking about doing them with my Lengthmaster. I'll try them out next time I hang. But would you advise doing just one hour of hanging a day? Or is two, one hour sessions alright?

So I had been having some issues with the suction of the LG hanger. Finally fully solved the problem by switching out the now stretched out LG hanger sleeve with a silisleeve from the MoS shop. Works much better. I decided to try out just an hour of hanging with increased weight. Turns out I can handle a lot more than I thought!
I'm also starting to realize that there is a good amount of conditioning that goes a long with Hanging. Now that my skin has stretched a bit I've been able to increase the weight. But I'm also feeling like my glans need more conditioning as this is the part that feels the most uncomfortable during the hang.

As far as your head is concerned keep your eye out for our new head pump that will soon be released, this will really help with that issue.
