Ok I've completely changed my routine. The LG Hanger finally arrived. The past few days, I've just been doing only Lengthmaster Power Stretches. Here's my first day Hanging:

The first session of hanging in the morning, I felt a lot of intensity at about 45 minutes. Later in the evening, the session went a lot more smoothly. Felt like I could even add a 1/4 pound or so.

I got interrupted in the morning and had to leave my apartment so only put 20 minutes in. I'm going with SWM's Progressive Hanging and it seems to be working well. I don't think I will have time to do 2 one hour sessions on most weekdays.
 
20 minutes in and you get interrupted, that stinks. At 20 minutes things are getting good and someone had to mess it up? it happens my Brother! What worse is getting caught in the act! All else looks good for the day.

Wasn't feeling up to any lengthmaster stretches at all today. Still getting used to recognizing the feeling of ligament fatigue. With my skin stretching in my pubic area just a bit, its a little hard at first to recognize the strong pull on the lig. Getting excited to measure on Saturday. I'm sure I'll see at least 1/16-1/8 of an inch in gains. My 2nd weight for ball stretching came in today. I'm able to wear that one and my first one together most of the day it seems.

Nope! Are used to have to train at my job and no matter what every session I was bothered by someone knocking at the door or someone paging me, it was more stressful than anything else. I found a bathroom that was much more private where I was able to get my sessions them until they found that bathroom too LOL Today I have ultra privacy and freedom 24 seven
 
Interruptions are so annoying! I read you're moving and getting a new job, I hope that the changes allow more privacy for you!
It's really bothersome when you have a certain momentum and then someone disturbs it.
Happens to me, I'm not living alone ...

Really digging the layout of your routines (formatted text ;) ) and I can see that gains are to come with the consistency you've put into PE!

Keep on exercising and gaining!

Gave myself a break in the morning to allow some rest/healing. Hanging in the evening was quite intense towards the end! Decided I'd stick it out and finish the last 15 minutes with 3.75 pounds instead of dropping to 2.5.

So I've decided to pick up using my Phallosan Forte again. I put it on today after this morning's 1 hour hang. I'll be keeping track of hours of both hanging with the LG Hanger and my Phallosan Forte in my log starting later today after I finish my evening hang.

But I do have some more questions......recently I was having a conversation with a fellow PE'er and they mentioned how they had both an ADS and an extender. I guess I just didn't realize that these are 2 different things? Which is funny because I've been doing PE for a while now. I guess I always thought they were the same because usually you wear an extender all day? Or at least.....most of the day? So here's my questions:

-What is the difference between an ADS and an extender?

-Is the Phallosan Forte considered an ADS or an extender?

-How many hours or when should I be wearing my Phallosan Forte in order to maximize my length gains? Keep in mind I hang 2 hours a day, 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the evening.

-Should I be using something different than a Phallosan Forte to maximize length gains?

The difference is that extenders are mechanical devices like the famous SizeGenetics, and are placed against the pubic region, while the main attachment anchors itself around the glans, and traction commences using the metal rods as they lengthen with the amount of force being chosen, this is held in place over X amount of time.

Often extenders are great for use when you are sleeping, or in one place.

ADS devices are different because they are not mechanical, but act like a third hand grasping the penis around the glans, while the ADS is attached to something like a belt around the waist, or a knee strap.

The tension is set, and the ADS holds this stretch, and they are useful for when you go about daily like such as walking outdoors, and less obvious to see, which extenders often because they are solid, give themselves away beneath clothing.

MoS has its own extender & ADS system in the SizeDoctor. One product does the lot, while Phallosan gets you to purchase the Phallosan Plus for the extender part, as the extender they make needs you to already own the forte.

ADS and extenders are great methods, and neither is better then the other. They both work on the same principle.

The Phallosan Forte I assume you are referring to, is an ADS device, but the same company makes an extender called the Phallosan Plus, but that needs you to already have the forte, due to it using the attachment piece through the extender.

Use your ADS or extender asap after hanging to take advantage of the fatigued tissue, which the extender will keep stretched out. Wear as often as possible.

If you were to choose something different, it should be the SizeDoctor because its better quality, acts as an extender, ADS, and hanger all in one. Lifetime guarantee and support via MoS, plus you get to actually interact with the makers right here, versus the other companies, who hide behind the product and use reps to peddle everything.
 
Thanks for the reply Red! This all makes sense now. I kind of assumed that the devices that used rods were the extenders (SG, Penimaster, Jes Extender, etc.) and everything else is an ADS but I wanted to make sure that was the case.

I saw that you said I should wear my Phallosan Forte ASAP after hanging.....but would it be even more beneficial to wear it as much as I can?

And you said that neither one is more beneficial than the other........is that really the case? Don't guys gain with one more than the other?

I'll have to think about purchasing the sizedoctor. I've already been glancing at it here and there LOL. Been window shopping.....online. (xd) I honestly think I'll end up purchasing it at some point. Probably before the summer.

Yes it will be most beneficial to wear it as much as you can, but certainly take advantage to get it on after a hanging session.

From how I personally see it both ADS and extenders are as good as each other, its the user that decides its effectiveness.

For example, I never used ADS much because I dont feel comfortable with something on me like that when walking about, not due to privacy issues, but I may start getting too obsessed thinking about it, and I dont want that.

Extenders are something I used more versus ADS, but it was a personal preference at the time, not because the extenders were better. Users may think one is better than the other, but that can be due to more being worn over the other, and for longer even.

In the cold light of day, they both hold the penis in an extended state for an X amount of time.

Its something to consider, getting the SizeDoctor, but for now it sounds like your well set with equipment.

They can be used for healing and gaining. And we’re finding out with SRT that healing is just as important as gaining

I started wearing my ADS, the Phallosan Forte, all day again. I used it in the past once and logged about 300 hours or so with it. I'd like to start using it again, especially because my only focus right now is length. I'm going to start keeping track of hours for both my PF and hanging. Now that I'm wearing my PF, I may not return to ball stretching for a while now. I doubt I'll really want to wear ball weights plus my PF all day long. That seems like too much to me at this point. I'm also feeling like I really don't need to be using my Lengthmaster at this point. The intensity that comes from hanging is definitely enough for me.

Enjoy your day off but also know that sometimes it takes a while to go up in weight. So work with what you can and eventually you can increase that weight. As long is the weight you are using brings fatigue you’re doing the right thing.

I have not. ATM, I don't have as much privacy. My stuff is all over the place. I could try adding them once I move into my studio apartment in a couple weeks.

BTW DLD.......I have been using 3.75 pounds lately and I have been able to use 3.75 now consistently without dropping weight during my hour sessions. I was suggested to try doing just one hour with increased weight.....today I added 1.25 and felt like I could go longer than an hour.

Anyway, I think the idea behind the suggestion was to use a higher weight and only do one hour.....but if I feel like I can handle two hours a day.....do you think I should go 2 hours?

Yes that’s correct you want your session to leave you in total fatigue after you’re done. So the weight should be high enough that as you and your session you’ve reached a point of fatigue. And hanging weights it’s very important to be progressive and study on the increase of weight. If you’re ever comfortable for a whole hour hanging we probably need to increase the weight.

What are usually suggest with hanging is three sets a day of 20 minutes but you can do a one hour straight if you can handle the weight for that long. You can even break it into 2 ten minute sets if you desire. But the idea is to get to a state of fatigue. Once you reach the state of fatigue if you want to be real hard-core break out the Lengthmaster and stretch for a good 15 to 20 minutes while your pelvic floor muscles are completely exhausted. This will just add more length faster.

So I had been having some issues with the suction of the LG hanger. Finally fully solved the problem by switching out the now stretched out LG hanger sleeve with a silisleeve from the MoS shop :). Works much better. I decided to try out just an hour of hanging with increased weight. Turns out I can handle a lot more than I thought!

I'm also starting to realize that there is a good amount of conditioning that goes a long with Hanging. Now that my skin has stretched a bit I've been able to increase the weight. But I'm also feeling like my glans need more conditioning as this is the part that feels the most uncomfortable during the hang.

Tried out higher weight again today. At 7.5 pounds, the weight was too much for my glans to handle. I think I'm going to need to condition them better before adding more weight. Thinking about buying more plates when I move again (which should be in about a week or so).

That all sounds perfectly according to the schedule and I’m glad you’re seeing the progress of nature of adding weight to keep your games going. As far as your head is concerned keep your eye out for our new head pump that will soon be released, this will really help with that issue.

I am so happy that you have found peace and are able to start working on yourself again. If you keep up the progress log will never stop reminding you to work. We will inspire you everyday until you get to where you want to be.

I estimate that I used it for about 7-9 hours a day each day.

Yeah. I'm back on though :) I just took off my PF after a 9 hour stretch. I'll be doing a bit of hanging in about an hour. I'm giving my glans a chance to de-bloat from the vacuum of the PF.

So good to hear! Nine hours in the Phallosan! That is some serious time and the Phallosan is a great device. That is why we based our SiliStretcher off that platform but then completely changed it adding many options. I’m so glad that we had them as a partner because it taught us that we could do something even better❤️
