After an hour searching I haven't found anything. I am looking for a thread on the topic "less work more gains". Tried hard working - very slow gains. Tried also hanging - didn't helped me at all. I have always put alot of time and energy in my sessions. And I took a deconditioning break for about 6 months so I can try this method, that people swear at.
There was this thread, where a guy explained what exercises he did and how often. I think he used another thread from the Thund3rs Pl@ce as a reference.
If anyone has info on the topic - please share it.
