Definitely for some, not so much for others. I suggest giving a go with alarms set every 3 hours to be sure there is no issues. Add an hour each night until you get through the night with no issues. I do know that it is much safer than the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] for night use.

This is why it is vital to set alarms through the night to be sure things are safe.

Exactly, it would not be pain that would worry me, it is the numbness that you will never feel in your sleep and if this is a lack of blood flow you will be risking tissue death. If anyone is attempting overnight use of ANTY DEVICE it is imperative that you set alarms through the night to be sure everything is in proper order. Without doing this you will be risking a very precious thing, your penis!

Protocol:

1st night set alarm every hour
2nd night every other hour
3rd night every 3 hours
4th night every four hours
5th night sleep through.

The best ADS on the market right now is the SiliStretcher. If money is a problem, get the ace bandage from the MOS shop.
