Caffeine and PE

I just wanted to see everyone's take on Penis Enlargement with caffeine. Do you restrict your caffeine content? It's funny because some people believe that caffeine will affect Penis Enlargement greatly however I did some research and found that Coffee can boost your libido. Coffee boosts dopamine. Dopamine is a major neurotransmitter that is correlated with keeping the level of blood testosterone from dropping.

Yeah but it also tightens your blood vessels and the increased heart rate tries to push more blood through ungiving veins. You can become addicted to caffeine, that's why I stopped having so much. 4 cans of NOS, Mountain DEW and also mixing them together everyday for a year. My body could no longer produce the energy I needed just for simple tasks, so for 5 months I have had no energy drinks, cut pop to once every few days and lost 15 pounds for the better. Just giving you something to think about ok, no harm. Caffiene is a restrictor and nitric oxide is a vaso-dialator. Look at eating watermelon or taking small doses of a vaso-dialator to help with the blood flow your describing. There are also other types of powder, pills or drinks you can take for an energy pick up without caffeine. Give it a search and see for yourself. Look into body building for types you can take. i see what your saying man.. but you have to realize there is a huge difference from consuming your caffeine from coffee and consuming your caffeine with NOS and Mountain Dew... Regardless I agree it should be avoided.

Hey gain4pain, while I do agree whit runningignus on his caffeine input I just wanted to add that caffeine is a CNS stimulator use mostly for repiratory resisatation, and as far as my imput I dont thing you need to cut caffeine from your daily life. Just be smart about perhaps no more than 200mg or less, it does increase attetion and focus, and you dont have school then use it for the times when your to tired to do Penis Enlargement exercises I know I do. Pop that pill 30 min befor you engage in any activity such as school, work , gym or Penis Enlargement. As far as where you can find caffeine pills, any grocery store or Bodybuildign. com will have it, hope this helps.

Addiction is true. I dumped coffee for a year... first 3 days was like drug addict. Hands shaking, head hurting, yearning for a mug.
After a year I started to drink it here and there again. Old quantities seem insane looking back (3 packs of strong filter coffee a week, black, no sugar no cream).
Effects of dumping coffee that I experienced: More deep and good sleep, more energy to do stuff, slower digestion process (resulting somewhat weight gain). If its all true for Penis Enlargement I'm gona go without coffee again. Also I'm currently dealing with my weight issue.

Penis Enlargement has changed my life not only in my pants but overall health seems a lot more important than it used to.
