From what I understand, normal stretches emphasise lig gains while bundled stretches emphasise tunica gains BUT....... since any type of stretch (when stretching while gripping the glans) places tension along the entire length and structure of the penis, wouldn't it be true that intense bundled stretches would work tunica AND ligs at the same time?
I was thinking that by doing bundled stretches, it would allow me to focus on tunica and hit the ligs all in one go (allows my stetch routine to be done in less time).
Thoughts, anybody??
