Bundled stretches target length or girth?

Hi all,
i was wondering if bundled stretches target length or girth? Or both? I`m asking because i see people talking how it can benefit both. If so, would it be possible to do just bundled stretches and a simple jelqing routine?

They target both. I originally created Bundled Stretches at a length exercise. It laid dormant for a long time. It was when I strutted to look into the tUnica more that it started to click in my mind that the fastest way to stretch the Tunica is with Bundles. Bundle Stretches are suggest as the opening exercise in both length and girth work as it primes and pre-stretches the Tunica allowing for more length and girth expansion. I have not seen results of this yt but I already know they will be great.
