Exactly. The Tunica is the single most limiting factor in making gains. The Tunica has about 5% elasticity, meaning 95% of the Tunica is dense and requires additional work to loosen and break down. Bundles are the best way to accomplish this. Doing a good 5-10 minutes of Bundle Stretching prior to the real workout will pre stretch the Tunica and allow for larger gains, faster.
