Help! Took a couple of days off from PE, back on it yesterday with a jelqing workout, did 2x100 at about 70/80% erection level and then put a cock ring on for three hour afterwards. Today I'm feeling around down there and I find a bump or lump at the bottom of my shaft on the topside of my penis, underneath the skin. It's about the size of a very small pea, and if I push it, it moves a little. It's not painful so far.

What is it, and what do I do? I'm terrified in case this is not a normal-PE related thing.

DLD, please move this if it's in the wrong forum.

Thanks.

Can you take a picture? It can be many things.

For some reason I cannot upload it. I only have the option to insert a video, nothing about pics.

This lump is on the main vein, I should add.

Update: I'm a little more concerned. I took a hot bath and checked it thoroughly - it's on the vein that runs down the top of my shaft, and if I roll my penis left or right, the lump moves with the vein as though it is the vein itself which contains the lump. I reckon it's fluid or blood. How to help make it go away I do not know. Is it cause for medical attention? I don't know. I know I will not be doing any PE for the forseeable future.

Never heard about something like that,i thought it was some kind of pimple but if you say it moves..it's strange, maybe you should go see a doctor .

Thank you, Templnite. Sounds exactly right, and do you know, I didn't do a hot wrap before or after my girth workout yesterday, and I went a little harder than usual. Foolish boy! That puts my fears to rest a wee bit, I will follow the advice posted in that thread and post updates of any changes.

Thank you again.

Ech. I'm very paranoid about this thing. It's definitely like a little ball of fluid on the top of the vein, rather than a corded vein as people have described on the thrombosed vein thread.

I'm a natural born worrier though, so if there's any change I'll be off to the doctor, albeit very reluctantly. Having my dick seen is my biggest fear, but I guess it's preferable to the complications that could potentially arise from this. I'm mostly worrying in case it's a clot that could travel elsewhere and kill me.

Worry worry worry....

Those clots need to happen in large veins to kill you. If you say the lump is soft then it could be a thrombosed lymph vessel, treatment is the same as with a t-vein.

Its not really a big injury bro you'll get over it in two weeks maybe. And now you know for next time :D, get well soon.

Okay, it's been around 7 hours since I noticed this and........it's gone!! I check it ten minutes ago, thoroughly, and no sign of the lump. Just a tiny dark red spot where it was, and a very slight soreness.

Absolutely bizarre.

Isaiah 38:1
In those days Hezekiah became ill and was at the point of death. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz went to him and said, "This is what the LORD says: Put your house in order, because you are going to die; you will not recover."

Yea bro that lump was like a warning, please be prudent in all your PE efforts

Thank you, gentlemen. Still a little weirded out by it all - of all the things I expected, same-day disappearance was not one of them. I have checked several times and there is no sign of the lump. I'm somewhat reassured by the fact that it was skin-coloured - apparently that means it was fluid (possibly lymph) as a clot would've been dark?

However, I have been having occasional mild but brief pains in my groin and testicles, which is not so good. I have also had twinges in the spot where the lump was. I'm really baffled by this whole business, but will listen to my body and rest for a week or so.

Templnite, that's a pretty dark quote to give a scared guy at a time like this. I would've hoped for something rather more positive.

They say the worst thing is not knowing, at least for Hezekiah his fate was clear.

Definitely time to rest and ease back on your routine a bit, you need to work your way up to pressure... be careful man we don't want to see anyone get permanent damage.

This sounds like Thrombosis. If the vein is hard at the point of issue and it is moving along with the vein I would do the protocol for Thrombosis.

Cure for thrombosis vein is Deep tissue massage with heat and take one aspirin a day. Buy Hirudoid Gel and apply it too. You should be fine.
