Broken Bathmate!

Has this ever happened to anyone's [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]? I did nothing out of the ordinary with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. When I pushed down to increase the pressure, the red tube (body) slid down the gator. I immediately took off the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], and pulled the red tube up to get it back in the correct place in the gator, but the whole tube came off < I tried putting it back on, but it just isn't the same now, as you can imagine.

I did register my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]'s website. Can someone point me in the right direction to get warranty work done on it. I would greatly appreciate it.

I contacted [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Customer Support last night, and I described to them what happened to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and this is what their reply was:

"You will need to contact the company you purchased from for support as you did not buy it from us."

I'm a little confused now. Even though I clicked on the link in DLD's signature area in his posts, it sent me to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]'s site for the actual order.

I thought I purchase my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] from the link, but I guess I didn't as my receipt shows that I paid 112.49 USD for it on 2/4/2011.
I went to the same site that I ordered it from, and they emailed me back saying it was not purchased through them. But I swear I ordered it through the link.

I hope I don't have to perform my own "warranty" work on it. That would REALLY piss me off.

However if its purchased outside the forums then we cant help you directly with its replacement, as that is the sellers responsibility but we can give friendly advice as always.

How can I tell where I purchased it from? What company? And if I did buy it through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] link?

I swear that I purchased it from the link because my wife was complaining about the regular price of it and i had to get the discount if i was going to buy it (money is quite tight in my family).

Would it say if I got it from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] link on my receipt? I'm really confused right now. All I want to do is figure out where I have to send it for a replacement or get it fixed.

Find all yer order forms, communications, e-mails, receipts, (History folder in your browser), credit card statement, check stub, warranty confirmation, packing slip...whatever you got.
