Brawn Johnson's Routine and Progress

❤️ Everything always works out in the brotherhood

Worst case scenario we will get you a replacement belt. But please send a video when you get a chance so I can see the error.

@Lightning
I still can't get the vacuum seal to stay, so I'm unable to get you that video. Even if I could, the velcro failure seems to be intermittent. I've attached a picture of the sleeve, at least! The moment before I took this picture, it had a decent vacuum seal. It just doesn't last more than a minute or so.

If I can get you the video, though, it will only be to give you more insight into something happening with your product. I appreciate the offer for a new belt, but you don't need to do that! I'm not just being polite here, a safety pin is an easy fix. :)

Had the hernia repaired yesterday, used the SiliStretcher right up to that day and now I'm settling down for recovery.

Recovery Plan:

-For minimum of two weeks, nothing but ACE bandage wrap and possibly girth/EQ work (nothing that would pull on the penis)
-After two weeks, I meet with my doctor to check progress. At that point, depending on how I'm feeling, I may try to get back into ADS at around 3lb tension and see how it goes with lower tension at longer periods. If any pain at all, back to the ACE wrap for the full 6 weeks!

All sounds like good news! I pray that everything goes well for you at the doctors.

Thinking about my penis was the last thing on my mind after hernia surgery. I was counting the hours until I could take more tylenol the first week or so. 2 weeks after surgery I joined a friend hiking through the woods all day bear hunting. We went out 2 days and at the end of each I was really sore from all the walking.

Good luck in your recovery.

Thanks, Cladre.

That sounds nuts! I had the laproscopic surgery instead of the traditional one, which apparently makes a HUGE difference. It's way less invasive because the procedure is done by little robot arms rather than big ass human hands. The worst part of recovery for me was the sore throat from the intubation, which is almost a double-edged sword. I was up and about pretty well by the next day, but that doesn't mean I'm not supposed to be taking it easy to let the body heal/scar over the mesh properly.

I've been behaving myself pretty well, though. :)

In fact, I gave myself a couple extra weeks even after the checkup. Measuring today, and I'll try out starting a routine again tomorrow!

Good luck in your healing. Mine was done the traditional way and was pretty painful. I also rushed back to work at 4 weeks and struggled through the discomfort. I'm on my feet all day and there's times it can get pretty physical. Short term disability wasn't paying enough so I was pretty much forced to work.

Good to see you Cladre!

Hi friend was an inguinal or umbilicsl hernia? Hope you get some nice gains after the decondition brake.
Hey bud, it was inguinal. The nice thing about getting an inguinal fixed is that I've essentially permanently reduced the fat pad. (The bulge of the hernia was right at the base of the penis). So actually, it's almost like I've made gains just by having the surgery!

that’s incredible what a added bonus! And the fat pad is gone!

Just checking in to mention that I'm in my second week back on the trail now, still relying on SiliStretcher for stretching, with Squeezes for girth and weighted kegels for EQ.

Coming back into PE after my post-surgery break, I'm going to try reducing how quickly I build up the intensity of workouts. My overall history in PE is a lot of "start-and-stop" results. Part of that is probably because of how often I've been changing my approach entirely, but I suspect part of that might be building up intensity too quickly so that I start overtraining soon after initial results. I'll take it a little slower, and focus on paying attention to sensations and PIs!

This is a much smarter approach and this should keep you very consistent too. Since you’re coming back from the break start out very easy and work your way up in intensity, there’s no rush and you don’t want to injure yourself. When you reach your maximum intensity you’ll know it.

Painful admission:

I fell off the horse 100% over the holidays. Didn't even wear the ACE wrap. And I had JUST come out of recovery, too. :(

But the family is gone, along with all of my excuses, and I'm back in the saddle today.

I'm also switching up my EQ routine. EQ is not really an issue for me right now. I can get erections quickly and easily with physical stimulation alone (no mental imagery allowed), and the erections are strong enough for weighted kegels. Still, I bet I could get EQ stronger.

SO WHAT'S THE CHANGE ALREADY??

I'm going to switch from weighted kegels to the Angion method and see what that does for my EQ. I'll be starting out from Angion 1.0 at 10 minutes per session, three sessions per week! I'm not really sure how to measure EQ, so I'll just see if I feel any different after a few weeks. :)

Hey man thanks man for your candid posts.

I hope your recovery from surgery went well. I’m actually a young surgeon in training (2 more years till I can practice on my own).

I was having the same issues as you with the lengthmaster i.e. blood from the urethra and glans despite using the durasleeve. Were you ever able to figure out a solution to prevent this?

I have a silistretcher as well and actually found a pretty great method of keeping it secured in place.

Unfortunately like yourself, I sorta fell off the wagon for the past two months. The blood and bruising scared me and the holidays.

I’ll take some pics of how I wear my silistretcher - which seems to hold really well.

There is no bandwagon to fall off of the only place you fell was back into the brotherhood. Consistency and motivation will always be the two most difficult parts of PE. Time off can sometimes lead to a permanent vacation. This is why I suggest that everyone gets something in every day even if it’s a day off. We want our head to be in this game as much as possible. Forget about the past and what you didn’t do and let’s stay in this moment and make shit happen.

Hey there, Bioshock. My recovery was tip top! The laproscopic method made it pretty painless. The hardest part was behaving myself and not working out or carrying anything. :)

As for the bleeding, I ended up sorting that out by adding a thick layer of folded-up toilet paper underneath the SiliSleeve, for some extra cushioning. I also backed off of 20lb tension and worked for a bit with just 15lb before adding tension again. One or both of those things seems to have done the trick. Another thing you might consider is drilling holes for new screws on the other side of the lengthmaster chamber, so that the pressure is distributed more evenly along the width of the chamber rather than concentrating along the line between the two original screws. Does that make sense?

Having some trouble getting my momentum back, here! Even the mighty Durosleev tore today, and for some madness I still haven't figured out none of my old SiliSleeves are holding a vacuum with the SiliStretcher anymore. It's weird because I successfully used SiliSleeves with the SiliStretcher for months and it worked fine until the day it didn't. I've included a video of the Silisleeve not holding at all. This seems to me precisely how I put it all on when the SiliSleeves were working, and same for the Durosleev. But maybe someone can spot something?

Not sure what to do here... MoS you guys have already been awesome replacing the torn sleeves before, I don't want to keep milking you for it. Things break. At the same time, this tech appears to be increasingly unreliable. I might go back to 'manual' sessions after all. : / Weeeeee'll see.
