Hi when You do BPFS do you stretch to the maximin and when pressed on your pubic bone do I have to push it hard on the pubic bone because when I press on my pubic bone it hurts abit.
When I see my measurement is that my erect length or is that a different thing, I seen a post off DLD he said it trcks gains dose that mean if I see 19cms in BPFS that I should see it in BPenis EnlargementL

Yes, press hard against the pubic bone. That is bone stretched. And your Bone Pressed Flaccid stretch has the potential of being your Bone Pressed Erect Length. Flaccid Stretch and erect length are not the same. Erect Length is when you are erect, not flaccid.
