Well first off all there shouldn't be much pain with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]. I just bought one myself and aside from the skin stretching I feel no pain.

Did you double check your measurments before you ordered?

I have not experienced any head swelling either. The only thing I couod think it would be is fluid build up from the suction. If it is, you need to make sure there is no gap between your penis head and the white cone thing. Also less [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] force helps.

How much are you extending ? Are you cut/uncut?

Pictures would help digure out what the head swelling is.

yes the cone fits perfectly but there where my frenulum is its swells up and also it hurt like hell everytime i have to take it off because my glans sticks to the cone after some time
im also uncut
