so I came across this :

Yup, toilets are different around the world! For me the toilets at cruiseships have been an slight issue. The ones sailing in Scandinavia, Estonia and such. I can't recall how it was in Saipan, but that was years ago and I didn't do PE around that time so much.

If starting PE and I am writing a routine for someone I always recommend doing a full body evaluation. Why not tackle the whole ball of wax? Gym, diet, weight loss, PE, etc. I believe all improvements benefit each other.
