I bought the Lengthmaster and a 1,75*9 Mityvac, both for lengthwork. So my new routine is hanging every second day and pumping the other second day. Big Al wrote that if I hang 10 hours per week then ill se good results so thats what im trying to do but I get swollen foreskin after about 1h which is my stopper atm. I use sleeves to limit the swelling but I hope my tissue will get conditioned and the swelling will get better in time.
