My original size is 5,7 inches in length
I did take some pills which enlarged me to 7 inches
I ran out of pills some few months before starting MoS PE and starting at 6,5 inches which would shrink to 5,7 unless i started PE
My goal is 9 inches in length and I will focus length-work until about 8 inches and "Cul de Sac". Then I will start adding girth-work.

My techniques for length-work atm is:
Warmups with hot shower (try to avoid the testicles?), Blasters Stretches (including to different angles), Healing in extended state in my Extender (pain lets me stay in about an hour), Testicle massage and Scrotum-Stretches , and I use creams like: Max Out, Penis XXL Creme, Hydrocortison. I also do some extra kegels throughout the day and looking into starting Pilates one hour per week.

Is this a good routine? How much of this should I do per day to se good results?

Another question is about the testicles and my "warmups":
I warm up the penis and simultaneously effect the scrotum in the shower with almost burning hot water for about 5-10 minutes. And after some time I'm able to raise the heat in the shower because my tissue got warmer and tolerant to the heat. How will this affect my testicle and sperm health? Is it unhealthy somehow? arkailija said in another thread that its bad for fertility.
 
I’m very happy that you took my advice and started the progress thread this is going to be such a benefit to you and your training. Your routine sounds good I would like to see it more organized so I can tell how many sets you’re doing how many reps are doing etc. so if you could make it more organized I can tell you what you’re missing.

As far as the testicle health massage goes you do not need to use heat at all, just get yourself relaxed using a little bit of Vaseline and do the job. He if it’s too hot will cause damage to fertility but you’re not looking for that here you’re just looking to warm up. And a warm-up can consist of just light stretching or gentle massage.

Warmups in shower 5 mins

Blaster Stretching by hand:
60 seconds straight out
60 seconds down
60 seconds up
60 seconds to the right
60 seconds to the left
60 seconds straight out
60 seconds diagonally down right
60 seconds diagonally down left
60 seconds diagonally up left
60 seconds diagonally up right
60 seconds straight out
60 circular stretches clockwise
60 circular stretches anti clockwise
60 seconds straight out

Massage testicles 60 seconds

Sizegenetics Extender for 60 mins


This set can be done multiple times per day

Vaseline would not give me a good grip for the blaster stretching by hand I think. I use soap which gives me a good grip.
 
Im looking at the gamechanger and wondering how much weight it can hang without something goes wrong. You also now have 2 vacuum hanger devises, is one better then the other?
 
I would ease up the trigger finger and wait a moment for the Duro Sleeves to come out. ;)
With those the Silistretcher is your device. I personally prefer the SS to SD, I've tried both. And I keep using the SS.
You can do lighter hanging sets with the current sleeves and the upcoming Duros will be able to get you hanging that 20 lbs easily. But really, one can make gains with under 10 lbs overall.

I just find the SS so much easier to put on and get my gaining game on.

SiliStretcher all the way! With the new heavier sleeves that are coming out we’re expected to get about 50 pounds or more out of the stretcher. SRT has included two new workouts in the length portion using the SiliStretcher. Traction system will soon be added to it that you can purchase later, once this is the added it will be 100% complete meaning it will do everything that every other ADS does in one unit.
 
I've worn Silistretcher as an ADS for several hours without issues. In the beginning it's a good idea to take the device off every now and then to check things. What I might do is wear it for 1 -2 hours on my right hip, take it off, massage a bit and put it back on to my left hip.
 
When using extenders and hangers, should I unequip them and put them back on every so often or can I just keep them on for hours?

Good idea to remove every hour, and when your new start with 20 mins. Do some helishakes to get the circulation going well.
