Beginner - How long will it take to gain 2-3 inches in girth?

Since you havent commented my routine yet I assume you thinks its great! Btw, did you train 5 days and 2 days rest or did you train every other day_
 
To my best recollection DLD trained every day, no rest days, when he very active in gaining. :)

Your routine seems quite fine. With clamping and pumping you might be targeting girth more at times, so a 2 on, 1 off might be more suitable time schedule. Keep an eye on EQ and positive indicators, always listen to your body.

I know you often reccommend the SRT but I really want to stick to clamping and pumping.

Pumping There’s a part of SRT. And if you’re using a clamp you can replace the 5×5×3 with what you’re doing. You can also follow all of the healing methods mentioned.

I read a post where you wrote that you belived that kegels were the reason why you made so much gains and others did not. that you did them all day. Do you still believe this is the reason? Did you vary the kegels in intensity and duration? I have started doing kegels after I read your post about this! :) I want fast gains too!
 
The pride be cheaper to get a membership at the YMCA and just use their showers to pump for as long as you want, they have huge hot water tanks. And when you get out of the shower everybodys jaw will drop! ????

The hour in the shower is the main draw-back of The Bathmate, (although many creative minds here have improvised with a bucket and catch-tray). The addition of The VacuVin was a game-changer for me and it allowed for far greater pressures more quickly and infinite modulation...also conducting all my BM sessions with the highest possible EQ.
And you can file this bit of advice in the 'be careful what you wish for' category: Once your girth starts inching toward 7", you'll have to change the way you're used to having sex (not in a bad way...just different). There will be some women who will balk at that size, so just know that going in...at least you'll have some new material to add to your 'highlight reel' after the first girl turns you down for being too big, LOL

I know there were a huge part of why I gained so quickly. People just did not do Kegel work they needed to to support the gains they were making. I knew from the jump that PC Work would benefit my gains for the simple fact that I could hold more blood in my penis...and the more blood I could hold the larger I became. And the more work I did with kegels the stronger I got.

Makes alot of sense, very well put DLD! I`m very happy that I found out about kegels! I will do them everyday and never stop! I started today actually! I just have to be careful not to overdo it.

It’s pretty hard to overdo them it actually just builds your stamina more. If you ever do feel that he is over train that’s called fatigue and it could be taken advantage of by doing length work. The reason for this is the pelvic floor muscles are too tired to hold back the stretch so all of the stretch goes to the Tunica, ligament and shaft.

Thank you for telling me! If I ever one day do length work I will keep this in mind! I do want an inch more in length, but am focusing now on girth only. I know I can reach this length goal too as I`ve heard many times that gaining an inch in length or more by pumping is very common if one is dedicated :)

It’s all about dedication and being patient and appreciative of the gains you make. Always stay in the state of thankfulness and gains will continue to come.

Thank you for the reminder! I want to go on a low calorie diet to lose bodyfat and my fat pad. Do you think a low calorie diet will hurt my growth and erections? due to the fact that I dont eat enough food?

Not at all. What you eat and drink should be healthy but having a lean diet does not mean your gains will be affected.

Good to know! thank you! I just came over this, DHEA. would DHEA cream be beneficial to improve penis growth tremendously since its a hormone and its applied to the penis? Have you tried this? what are your thoughts? I have been thinking about arginine cream also.

I have started on a 2 on 1 off since I saw your message. Do you think this will be the best for gains? or would 3 on 1 off be more effective? Maybe I should try it out and just test the waters to find out.

I'm starting from a girth of 4.8-5 inches and a length of 5.8-6 inches (I can't say exactly as I'm not sure I measure the right way). I'm cut for 3 months now and I'm 30 years old.

Given the fact that I'm not big on doing jelqing and other similar exercises and I also don't have a lot of time for that, is it possible to permanently secure those gains within 1 year using devices like the silistretcher2 all day? (Any other devices/combination of devices that can help achieve my goal).

Which combination of devices would you recommend (I can potentially wear them during night/day) to attain those permanent gains?

If it's not possible to attain those gains within 1 year, which exercises do i need to include in my routine, apart from using devices for that?

I am ready and capable of following a strict routine for 1 year as long as I will know I can permanently secure those gains. As I said, i would prefer a routine with less exercises but please include them if I can't achieve my goal without them as I'm ready to sacrifice anything to get to a permenent 6 inches in girth and 7 inches in length. Much appreciated! Thanks! I will add photos when I reach my desire sizes as a proof and encouragement for others!
